Many thanks Djm, I can see your interpretation of the RNS, had the same with ECOB holders, all thought Chile had paid the funds to there bank, but I was sure they hadn't, and they hadn't, didn't even change the RNS.

As in this case the specific wording is missing, raised funds will cover the drill, or pay for it etc, it doesnt, but you can interpret it that way.

Will wait on the next couple of RNS and call the company for clarification.

Sp reading through the RNS's again, how much do we think the geophysics is going to cost?

Then we have the rig contract to sort on the back of the above results, so, at what stage will they come back for another placing, and what what possible cost?

Or have I missed something somewhere were they have the funding? Now I'm sure on the pending Geo results, we are hoping for a JV or sell out, the JV at what cost?

If they go it alone with no JV, then a placing is nailed on I would have thought.

Look forward to constructive replies, hence I've not topped up again, that's due to the unknown above.

Cheers Truro, just read your post 18th Nov. When I spoke to ECOB, they are expecting the money to go to there account 100%.

Timelines were discussed, but I think the ongoing government issues may delay it, ( ECOB didn't say that I am) if it ever happens which I hope it does.

I think if the money is not in ECOB account B4 Xmas, then I will start to worry a little. But let's see what happens, fingers crossed all goes well.

I spoke to the company about the UK when i was questioning REF: the €12.75 being in thete bank account, which they confirmed wasn't.

I wouldnt hold my breath over the uK, jumping and hoops was the main reply, but u never know.

1. Chile Government election uncertainty along with contracts, pending the winning party.

2. €12.75 not received in ECOB Bank account yet, and probably won't be till next year as the run off election not till December.

Could be wrong on the above, but we will see.

I Didn't E mail I called the numbers, and received return call from a senior person, I said I would not quote there name.

They confirmed not received as of yet, that was Oct 22nd I received the Rtn call. When I read the RNS you would assume its in the bank, but no monies had been received, they confirmed that and just apologies that it reads that way.

I'm shouting in Caps LL because you are being lazy, pick up the phone to them and then send your apologies.

It was my interpretation of the RNS that caused me to question them, this will, not, move back up to the 27p mark again until the cash has been received.

Just send the apology when the RNS lands.

It's not been received lucky L, thats what I questioned them on when I called, interpretation, they apologised and said it was not meant to be read that way, but never changed it.

All the Tel: numbers are on the bottom of the RNS, give them call then post your reply back on here.

Just ask them REF: the RNS & receipt of the Chile Govt deposit, has exob received this in there bank account.

The €13.75 Mil has not been received yet, and that is confirmed. Once it is received, it will be in an RNS and that will confirm 🇨🇱 is serious.

Once the money is received in ECOB's account, that's what I believe will list the sgare price back up a bit.

If anyone doesn't belive me about the cash receipt, please call the company yourself.

Just need the Chile €12.75 Million in the ECOB Bank before Xmas, that should shift the price hopefully.

If I had a pound for every time I thought I was there with millions of shares to then be s##t on from a great height with the corruption of Aim listed companies.
