Shame about this share, looks like I sold again on hype, so just await the RNS now, on the way it's going it will be a lank again, another court date fingers crossed, cos if not, we'll it will be carnage.

Was going to put a 1.27 order in, but will wait the RNS as it could be a disaster. Sorry for the people out of pocket, not great and been there many a time, not the best Knowledge Tax.

If we get another court case date, then a good chance to make money again, but be cautious as I don't think it will get over 2p unless a propper good news leak.

BSF Is another poop show at the moment, people pumped a lot of cash in, only for the powers to be to poop on them, and all hoping for the mesiah leading up 2 a handbag sale.

Reading back to the Nov fundraise, how far will that funding take us? As I'm reading its a bit ambiguous, unsure if it's saying will take us up to the drill or into it!

Looking at possibly averaging down slightly, but unsure on the funding.

That's me out with a miniscule profit, good luck all, the lie from the company on alternative ways to raise just doesn't sit right with me, and as proven on so many other shares, and what I said a few days ago, a big spanner in the works could, and has been thrown in to the promised land.

2.18p for 340,000 shares on H&L, so tempted to buy more but just the uncertainty now, just a touch in profit at the Mo compared to yesterday.

Still can't believe they raised this way.

I think we are at a stand still now REF: buying, those with a high average will not average down, or I don't think so, especially with the price of a 2p placing.

The only thing I think that will move this now is some juicy contracts or MOU's , 3 main issues are

1. Will the bag sell?

2. If it sells at what price?

3. What is BSFA Cut of the potential sell?

Have they done the placing as they no the cut of any sale price is a lot smaller than we think it will be. I think the company has shafted share holders at the moment, surely £500k could have been raised some other way if this is the real deal, what is the uncertainty?

Lifeisgood, let them make there own decisions, if they've made a few quid all good, lot of people been in different shares which have been a goldmine, only for a flipping huge spanner be thrown in the works.

Fingers crossed this keeps moving, and the powers to be don't do a non favourable raise, we shall see.

Good thing is the number of shares in issue, otherwise I would have been gone once we were over the 3p mark. I would buy more, but, it would do my average no favours, I'll probably regret it lol.

So they've just put themselves on every leather market going from probably cheap as chips to ultra high end as we know.

What we need is an MOU with some companies to start with before the auction, and also the potential placing/funding details, hopefully a private investment from a big company to solely produce for them, but I'm probably completely wrong :-)

Lol the Iraqis took the yanks for millions, were sending pictures of other location works for different contracts.

I was on a Recce team, went to the location, no one had been there for 12 months, just a hole in the ground for $3 Mil, the yanks thought we were taking the p##s :-)

Cheers JVip, be interesting to know the breakdown of the item true values, or am I looking at this wrongly.

So the bag could go for a hair say 300k, so the diamonds are worth, the designer value etc, then the material could be peanuts.

So how much does the company get out of it £££ wise.

It was on my radar a long time ago, I didn't buy as wanted to see how the bag actually done at auction, and any contracts, also on the type of fundraise of sought on the previous RNS they mentioned, buy not seen any ideas yet.
