To date, around 7,000 feet of 8,900 feet of tubing has been pulled and inspected. The company is now moving to remove and inspect the remaining joints while keeping the wellbore static.
Obviously, we don't know how rapid the extraction is, or what the damage is, possibly they don't even know. ??????

I have read them all, as AG1989 rightly points out in a fashion, an MOU is a piece of paper that is not a binding contract, and each side will have a get out default clause that suits them, normally the person with the upper hand.
I hope all goes well and it is successful, we are successful as investors, there is so much upside as pointed out, but so many underhand dealings afloat, just look at a host of shares that are ramped, look good, but the issue of corrupt countries.
Let's hope ORCP does have what people are looking for.
