No movement today so far, but I prefer that than seeing it drop down. Only 10 days left to hear about the results and perhaps news on an upcoming AGM. Fingers crossed we get a good outcome on the 30th. We only just have to wait and see

We need investors to buy in from the aim market. We have too many shares in issue. GMET has risen in the last couple of days from 6.20 to now 8.34. We have risen from around 0.70 to 0.80 and how long has this taken. If Rick, Sean and Paul bought from the aim market then this would help imo These spin off ipos help raise revenue, but without more buys here at pow, we aren't going up. PJ kept going on about a tsunami coming, but it's been more like a tiny ripple rather than a tsunami. I wouldn't mind a couple of small waves to bring us back to 1.00, but we need Sean to bring us some good news from the Uranium, tati and molopo. It's like waiting for a bus that never turns up. I'm still waiting all in though for that bus to come lol

Hey Tray does he mention investments for pow as well as the ipos? We need more investors here at pow to boost the sp. Its dragging its heels at the moment

I do think dvrg will set up some kind of payment plan to pay msys back from 2022. Especially if they are to continue a business relationship together. It also doesn't look good for deepverge or the new ceo to avoid paying debts if they are to continue the company imo. It may not all be paid back at the end of June, but news on a payment plan would be a positive

Imo the reason the stock isn't doing well is the lack of confidence in the ceo, dvrg pulling us down (again with GB) and the sell off of helium. I don't think imo they are looking to pull out. What is the point in spending all the cash that they have lost on developing new tech and these conferences in the uk and USA. They are marketing for new business with the tech they have and will continue with modern water whoever is controlling the business. They also have their partnership with kingfield electronics which was agreed last year. I just think its a bit of a backward step imo

I think most didn't know what to expect from Sean when he took over, but so far he hasn't let us down; especially with getting Rick Rule onboard. I think this also gives me confidence in him finding a joint venture for the molopo project as well imo. It's also great that PJ is still in the background as well :-)

We are all aware of GB and his past; but microsaic have a great team along with Nigel Burton in the background and I'm sure they are working hard to build up the new business and revenue imo. Looking forward to seeing what comes out of the conferences, especially with the new technology which is outside of dvrg link

In that case I hope the Uranium project stays under pow, rather than a spin off ipo. Would be nice to see the sp rise here

This may sound like a silly question. But when do these ipo spin offs affect pow's sp? FCM has risen well and done nothing for the share price here yet

Hopefully this will move above 0.80 tomorrow; especially with the amount of viewings the interview has had so far. Let's hope Rick Rule's luck of picking successful companies rubs off on pow. Looking forward to hearing more about the Uranium project in the next months and news on what is happening at botswana. The ipo spin offs haven't done anything for the sp here at pow yet. No idea how long that'll take to lift things up here. Good interview though and definitely correct that the sp is way undervalued

He's the ceo here and no longer at dvrg for around 7-8 months now. The new ceo over there should be intelligent and qualified enough to pull them out of this mess. Its time to put the past behind and concentrate on microsaic and deepverge building back up further into '23+. If we keep focusing on the past we never will move forward. Imo GB should transfer his 6 million odd shares over to microsaic where he is the current ceo. He's not wanted over there, so no point holding the stock or voting rights don't you think? Deepverge ceo needs to get on top of things; that's why he was hired and since gb is the ceo (nothing we can do about it but moan) he should build up microsaic to be strong again.

I didn't mention GB. I mentioned the current sp and if the upcoming report on the 30th June will either bring the sp down further or raise with a positive outcome.

He's the ceo here and isn't going anywhere. Get over it. We need to focus on the future of the company and stop focusing on what the sp used to be. Yes GB f$$ked up, but let's move on or take it up with him via email/twitter.

Once the report comes out, we will know where we are and focus on new business in the pipeline

The sp here hasn't changed much. I thought this morning it was going in the right direction. Not much will change until we find out whats going on at the end of the month. It will either drop with bad news or go above the 0.03 if its a positive rns. Still a few weeks to go unfortunately :-/

Hopefully going in the right direction. Some may not like GB; but I'm sure glad he's on our team imo. He maybe the bad guy to most, but isn't all the bad ones successful. Look at all the rich ceo's very carefully and none of them would play the good guy/gal in the comic books. Not even Rishi sunak would play superman lol

If I was the ceo I'd be keeping quiet and letting dvrg run their course and if they do go out of business, snatch them up for a good deal. If it was a couple of grand, you can turn the other cheek; but this is business and they have to pay their debt some how imo

If dvrg was to go bankrupt. As per the law, any debt of services already provided with proof need to be paid after assets have been sold off. I'm pretty sure deepverge tech and assets are worth more than 1.4 million and if not microsaic could negotiate to take over any business they have.

We definitely have proof of contract and services provided in 2022

Any debt should be paid off. If they sell underlying tech. Then we should get back what is owed to us within the contract we have with them. Modern Water will continue to run and microsaic will continue to provide a service.

I think imo deepverge will find a way to pull themselves out of this.

If deepverge doesn't pay for services then how can it continue to run. If you don't pay your bills you will lose trust in other companies and definitely close down imo
