This would be the better option and no need to pay for microsaic services. That way they don't need to dispose of modern water and work as one. All imo

How much debt does deepverge have apart from the 1.35m? If this still hasn't reduced, then we are still stuck waiting to see what happens with the other disposals. Maybe 2 euros for modern water next (joke)

Selling MFC won't raise the sp. Pow have a huge investment from RR and this still has moved the price up; so more cash won't encourage buyers at the moment. With what pow have, the sp should be 3.3p. We need a joint venture for further investigation and drilling. We also need surveys and results from other projects and this will help us.

The big issue is day traders. If we had more larger buys and people investing here, we would reach the 1.00 which would kick in the staff buys and get rid of a large amount of shares; which again would bring us upto the 1.50 and more staff buys would kick in. We need to get rid of the huge amount of stock that is in circulation

I'm not obsessed with gb or nigel. I know what is going on. I only come here for brand new information only. New facts would appreciated

I'm surprised Andrew Waters didn't sort this out from taking over as ceo. Was he just paid to sit on his butt all day. We know when GB took over microsaic he did help them out of a hole. Andrew should of done his job. Doesn't look good on him either, as he would of known the error in figures

Im keeping my fingers crossed for all shareholders here that still have stock in microsaic. Hopefully they will get back listed and we just have to then sit back and wait a long while to get our money back. Let's hope for a positive outcome ;-)

Unfortunately we won't know the answer to this, unless they release an rns report. We still don't know what is happening with dvrg if they will pay the 1.4 mil or not and if not, then microsaic will need something big to show shareholders if they decide to list on the market again and even if they trade OTC, they still need to show they can bring in the new business and cash for investors. They seem to be working hard to raise funds. all imo

If there is money laundering or contract fraud involved then that would be a criminal offence definitely and this would need an investigation with the police and criminal courts and that's out of our control. I'm sure if that is the case we would see a press release. Microsaic hasn't given any audit release this year and the last results was last years half year report. So there hasn't been any false results at msys. Dvrg is a different story and GB, Nigel and the accountant that gave false figures would be accountable for this.

The staff issues at deepverge would come under a civil matter under the employment rights act and they can sue for this if they didn't give a redundancy package or the correct notice. If they have a union they will assist with this.

The important thing for the shareholders here is what will happen with microsaic. There hasn't been any official news released as yet. They are still advertising investments on their website and work is running as usual. If they do go private then shares can be sold or issued OTC. We just have to wait for an RNS to appear here. All imo!

I saw your post on dvrg doolittle. Has the press jumped on this yet? They arent scared of reporting fraud. Has anyone reported this to the police yet? Fraud is a criminal offence and if you have solid proof which it sounds like you do, you can report to action fraud 0300 123 2040.

Anyone know who Alexander Chapman is? Is he part of the team of crooks? Or just gb and Nigel. If this is against the law; why after all this time nobody has flagged this up for the criminal courts to investigate. I'm sure the LSE would be aware of this as well and especially the tax office or bank if its money laundering. Any lawyers or police invested here to advise on the law broken? Would be interested to know why it's not being investigated. It's a bit like the prime ministers in this country; most of them should be put in jail

Hey LT. They also have been discussing the conferences this month; the last one in Toronto and also mentioned about the microscale electrospray ionisation mass spectrometer (that's a mouthful) we still have no idea what is going on about the audit

Still no big buys from these conferences. I see someone bought 17 shares though. I know they are penny stocks, but that's ridiculous lol

Another good interview and background on what is going on at the Rule Symposium. It sounds like they have some strong interest and hopefully some potential long term investors. These people at this conference don't look like the people that would be investing tiny amounts imo

Can you send us a link for confirmation that msys will be going private and won't be releasing an audit. I searched online yesterday and didn't see anything. If its a guess; please put imo. Some of us still have stock with the company and would like genuine replies; not just a repeat of something we already know about the BOD etc
