This will take some time to replace what deepverge hasn't paid to us. Unless of course dvrg can raise the funds to pay back or arrange an alternative solution to microsaic. We just have to wait and see; but we aren't being suspended from Aim at least

Dvrg has really put us in a mess. No news of Microsaic being suspended from the market as people said last week? If Microsaic doesn't go bust from this, they need to offer their services to whoever takes over modern water and glanaco when deepverge sell either one?

We still have business in other areas; this is a positive and when the dust settles things will pick up. As long the company can survive from this, the only way is up from this crash.

The biggest Uranium project on the uk market as said by Sean; rick rule onboard with a huge investment and Sean searching for more investors and we are even lower. You can only laugh. If this was on any other market it would of risen by the news, but it is the uk after all :-p I've been holding for a while now and will keep holding until the market wakes up. As most here say, until we get some great survey results and drills in the ground

I think I found the answer to my question and they don't need to advise until the day of suspension. Just looked at tomco who were suspended on the 3rd April and they advised on the day

Aren't they supposed to give us a warning as dvrg has been given via RNS, if they don't have the results by the 30th June, msys will be suspended from Aim? Either way if they tell us now or on the 30th the sp will drop. I can see why they don't because of the panic selling, but a warning would be nice and not on the last day before suspension

We have a separate Auditor to deepverge is that right? The delay is due to the missing 1.4m from last year correct me if I'm wrong. We've had an initial payment which will go on the books; I guess we are waiting for the settlement to have an accurate '22 report? Dvrg are probably in the same situation where they need to add these figures as well. I'm sure they are trying to get this money settled to have everything accurate on the books as well imo. They seem on the ball to raise funds by downsizing and have the new contract with glanaco Ltd worth 2.3m. It's just raising the funds in time to avoid being suspended from Aim until a report is issued.

They have to start progressing fast with this while they have the summer months. As soon as the winter months come again, it will be delayed because of the snow. They have enough money to proceed quickly with this and more investors will hopefully come onboard from Sean's talks in the USA etc

With these conferences with microsaic alone, I think you're right maidit and they will pick up new contracts. The USA is big on rules on what goes in their food, especially in california and now the uk iits bringing in lower amounts of acrylamide that can be allowed in foods. Imo this should bring in new business contracts

If the rns is what we are hoping for; my finger will definately be hovering over that buy button at 8am to average down some more ;-)

Donkey. The tati project was slightly delayed due to heavy rain and flooding and they should be now focusing back on the job again. There's nothing worse than the weather to affect drilling imo. That's the same with the Uranium projects in Canada from the winter months; but they should be moving quickly forward before the winter returns again.

Dvrg mrkt cap is now 1.10m compared to msys at 1.49m. Do we think microsaic would buyout deepverge if they delist? It would be a good idea imo with our link to modern water etc.

I only worry if the rns due the 30th is negative regarding the money owed from '22 how they this would affect our current sp. If its a positive outcome though, this could focus attention on us and help lift us back up imo
