Good to get these results at last, even though they aren't as expected, but at least we can move forward from the one minded shareholders just here for molopo and concentrate on other projects as well as this one with a partnership. I'm not getting rid of my shares because of this.

Forget about GB, we know about him for a while from last year and when the sp was 0.06. Helium has gone, which is a positive, dvrg paying for our services (which is expected) kingfield electronics contract, new acrylamide testing equipment and new business from this coming up. We also have the results coming soon. All good

I still don't understand why our sp (msys) isn't going back up? We have received confirmation that dvrg have a settlement in place to pay microsaic for their services £1.4mil. This is more than I was expecting from the rns last year mentioning 200k. This should be positive news for microsaic shareholders. We all know deepverge is separate, with a separate stock. Microsaic's earrings are great from deepverge alone and we still have other figures to come in from kingfield electronics etc

If dvrg are paying microsaic for a service, they must expect this deduction. They may see it as a large debt, but every company has outgoings. It's a great amount for microsaic
How much do we think GB has lost in the current sp drop with his stock in dvrg and msys as it stands?

Nice update on Aliance news just now on the settlement plan. Hopefully this will put us in a good place tomorrow when the stock market opens again

Do you think with GB having 8,369,901 shares at deepverge and 240,000,000 at microsaic he isn't as unhappy with the share prices as we are? I don't have a small amount and averaged down a couple of times and I'm not happy either
If he leaves, imagine when he's allowed to sell that would put both msys and dvrg sp then. We shouldn't be in a rush to see him go and a new ceo won't invest that much to start with if any at all.
He's a bad boy, but he has alot to lose as we all have. I hate to see his stock minus figures right now (in the red)
I hope 23 can be that turnaround year for all shareholders ;-)

We get it, we don't like GB and we can have a cry and moan about him all day every day. But let's look at microsaic's business and put him to the side where he has been keeping quiet.
Microsaic have been bringing in the business and the numbers and that's all we care about is numbers and more new business flooding in. The BOD can deal with GB and if he goes he goes and if he stays then we need to move past it and hope business is on the way up and stop crying over him

When shareholders realise that microsaic are doing alot better than dvrg, we will get some higher bids in and perhaps a lot of dvrg shareholders will move over to buy here

We really need an rns from microsaic with our upto date figures and this should reassure shareholders that the problem with deepverge won't drag us down. Modern Water is a big company and don't believe they will go bust imo

Do some shareholders think deepverge is the same company as microsaic and not a separate company with separate revenues? This sp should be rising from our news yesterday
I don't think deepverge (modern water) will go bust at all imo. Microsaic will get the money from them as per the rns and we should get an update on results from '22 now we've had this update regarding dvrg. This is probably what has caused the delay
Looking forward to hearing about the new business and an rns regarding the acrylamide testing

Alot of small amounts today; it'll take a bit to bring the sp back up again to where it was, unless we get some larger bids; but it will go back up. Eventually.
Great to see an rns today. We've been waiting for some news for a while and hopefully more news to come very soon. As I said before, people are a bit sore from dvrg news yesterday and still bitter about GB; but they will see microsaic are working very hard to bring in the revenue and new business.

I agree NU. It's put microsaic in a a strong position and we have a positive bit of news here. Still early hours. Hopefully this will attract some more higher bids throughout the day

Great to see an rns with some figures. As you said NU, they would of double and triple checked their numbers and I think they are being kind to dvrg by letting them pay back in settlements. No messing about at microsaic :-)

We are all aware it's a separate business, with separate revenue and profits..As said; our numbers have no suggestion of being impacted and our rns is awaiting release.

Microsaic Systems [LON:MSYS] slumped 29% on the day. The company collaborates with DeepVerge although there’s no suggestion that their numbers will be impacted by this. The closing spread was rather wide and the temptation may be to buy in at these levels.

GB is the ceo here and there is nothing we can do about that, but microsaic have a great business plan and as LT said, you should buy in now before they overtake dvrg. You should take your love/hate relationship to a Councillor I think. You sound quite obsessed
