Tray is right. We need buyers via a TR1 and not warrants all the time or placings off the market. We need some big investors onboard that are trading on market; if we rely on small traders and day trading, this won't go anywhere, but down. There is too many shares in circulation. We can blame the current projects and slow news, but can also blame the market and piggy bank buyers as I call them and day traders trying to make a small buck

I'm in the same boat as you snowboots I could of sold at a huge loss, but I'm all in now and unless they delist and I have to deal at a loss OTC or lose everything if they go bankrupt. If not I'll sit and patiently wait until I get a lesser loss or just break even. I'm hoping dvrg find the money to pay msys back and both gradually move back up. It's going to be a long wait though :-/

Saudi Arabia is similar to what is going on in USA for investment funding non oil. But they are putting in alot more money than the USA and it looks like pow are trying to get in on this as well. At least we know in the middle east they move much faster in their developments and don't mess around.

If we can get investment funding it will be a positive outcome.

It's a complete mess from '22 reports not being accurate and missing funds of the 1.35m for the year 2022. Now dvrg need to find money to pay back their debt and microsaic need to raise funding because of this and both can't give a correct '22 report. They have reported they have 650k with no borrowing; but this isn't alot.

Microsaic need to find some new business from these conferences coming up. They are in Cardiff from tomorrow

The shares still exist. You need to either wait for the transfer of the shares if the company is bought out, or wait till the liquidator's loss letter appears on the website and then claim as a loss if they delist

It's a risk unfortunately. But if you're down to a worthless sell price, it doesn't matter either way. I think its like betting on that horse who is 100-1 and hoping it wins. Its a gamble, but it's either a huge loss from selling or perhaps a total loss from staying. But it could end up being that 100=1 horse in certain circumstances

It's all speculation at the moment on delist or timescales; we just have to wait and see. Unless you have a crystal ball and I'll have the lottery numbers if you've got them lol

I'm not selling. If it doesn't come back after suspension then it won't make a difference really. I'll just stay and wait, but I'm not buying more for sure. I'm surprised it wasn't just suspended yesterday at close of business

I'm just going to sit back and ignore it for a while. I can either leave with a huge loss or wait for the company to come off the aim market and still have a huge loss. I might as well hope and pray that the company recovers or gets bought out and shares transferred over. It's not worth my while leaving at this share price (a gamble I'm aware)

This is getting ridiculous now. Dvrg has been a pain for this not paying the money on time. Hopefully it stays suspended until the cash comes in. This is dropping to crazy lows and even when the cash comes in, we won't be back up for a while

Msys have £650,000 with no borrowing and releasing results this week.

If dvrg have indeed got Offers then this should help pay back the 1.35m all imo

I'm not standing up for GB in anyway. But he left last year 7-8 months ago and it was upto the new ceo in place to figure out the mess left behind. He would of been aware of the 1.4m owed to microsaic. The Auditor would also be aware of this as well. So somewhere after gb left there was a screw up and they have had all this time to fix it. Perhaps as some say Nigel is also involved in the conspiracy that is dvrg and msys. All imo

If deepverge are struggling (which they are) and microsaic is having to raise funds to cover the 1.4m loss. Wouldn't it be ideal for both businesses to merge into one whole business? Nigel is already on the BOD at dvrg and msys. I know GB would be part this, but not much can be done about that. There would be no loss of shares, as these would be transferred over. Do we think this is a likely outcome or they will stay independently?
