If they are also now making sales into the dhsc along with a booming private testing mkt (confirmed by source bio) I would think that could also need an rns in the near future as most likely would mean their 100m guidance is now stale.

They need to plan for winter. That means lining up stocks of multiplex assays and ensuring the nhs is loaded with testing supplies BEFORE we get to autumn.

I can’t see a situation where any outcome can be bad for sp tbh. The hit has been so bad and way beyond the value of that entire contract. It will just help as we draw a line u set as you say.

You only needs test on the return leg. One before you leave which can be LFT as it’s like 30 euros and done in a chemist or your hotel or on zoom. And the when you return you have compulsory day 2 pcr in the U.K.

The government are advising you to get pcr before you return instead of the LFT. Why would anyone do that? Costs more. Have to find a lab. More likely to be positive and get you a 10 day detention in a Spanish lockdown hotel.

You had heard that new deliveries of promate were being held up until the dispute settled? But that orders had been placed?

But you have also now heard that deliveries may be imminent?

Is the implication that if promate is soon to be delivered we may have reached at least a partial resolution?

You dont need any test to enter most countries if you are vaccinated. And most adults are now anyway in U.K. so that is not really a revenue stream. It’s all about day 2 testing on return and that is compulsory pcr. LFT is not an option.

I am off to Spain next week. There is literally no way I am going to get a pcr test before I fly home. It’s nonsense guidance. Beyond nonsense.

It’s relevant for a company that produces revenues and profits. This is a shell. With a dream. We produce Jack ****. So the historic sp is meaningless. It’s all option value then and it’s all option value now.

That is a completely useless analysis. Dilution minimal for extra potential upside. But it’s irrelevant in the context of what this company is about. They hit oil and orinduik you make a lot of money. They announce drill plan and the option value is released and the so will likely double IMO.

Ncyt buy another biz for 50m. What happens to the SP? Given the current valuation multiples you prob struggle to buy 5m of ebitda for 50m. So the sp prob moves very little.

Ncyt buys 50m worth of stock and what happens to the sp? I would say it probably doubles.

Much better irr for using the cash that belongs to SHAREHOLDERS.

Ther aid a very big argument that the bird, who are there to represent SHAREHOLDERS should conduct a strategic review which should include the possibility of putting themselves up for sales.

It seems the reality is that they are unable to maximise value and a sale may be the best option for shareholders. Even if this means all ncyt staff are let go if we are gobbled up by a big pharma co.

The one thing I will say and I would usually be massively against this in a growth company….

But if they are sitting on 90m of cash. The absolute best IRR they could get and to maximise shareholder value would be to start buying back stock. **** m&a. The IRR by doing a buy back is huge at these levels and more more valuable than they going to buy another company.

They could go buy 25 percent of their stock back and still have 50m of cash. Even seen an AIM company be able to do that? Me neither.

Also in 6 figures loss. On paper anyway.

My last top up was 370. I’m kinda tired n the fence as said I would not do anything until dhsc resolution. But we are now at the point where it doesn’t matter. Could give dhsc all their money back and think the biz is worth 200m.

They are doing that for a reason. So they can cherry pick questions. In the nicest possible way there are people on this board that will have better and more knowledgable questions than others. We should get together such that people who are perhaps a bit more passive do not send anything. We want a narrow set of very demanding questions without the emotion I’m sure will spill out.

Right, we are all likely to get much more out of this Investor meeting if we are smart and we coordinate a set of well thought out questions from a group of people that represent a decent chunk of the shares.

I get the impression management think they can fob us off as we are a hugely fragmented group of smaller retail holders. We cannot and should not accept this.

We need to be smart. We need to get the right questions to them and we need to ensure they are addressed in full. If they are not we should let it be know we will follow up and we expect them to respond. No ifs. No buts. We should state something along lines of “these question come from holders xyz holding a combined x percent of stock. We expect the questions to be answered in full on the call”
