That's for pointing out that dividend is 'up to 5p'. I'd missed the "up to" - that does rather significantly change my expectations... I reckon we (DLG shareholders) ought to only expect that dividend IF we are still holding DLG shares while Aviva pay out a dividend. Aviva goes ex-div next on 10 Apr 2025.

This is the sort of thing I expect the formal offer to clarify.

I'd assume CMA would be having a good (long) think about it, so I'd guess 6 months.

A dividend wouldn't need to be part of the deal if it was expected to be quick. When was the H1 dividend paid this year? mid-May?

Got a phone call again today, someone (surely the same person as on Thursday) was hoping to sell at 120p.

I say it's a keen seller based on me getting an unexpected phone call from my broker saying someone wants to sell some and am I interesting in buying some more at 122.5p as I had bought some recently.

Those were from what I"d call a keen seller. Perhaps someone hitting a Stop Loss?

I suspect it doesn't get included in buy/sell ratios because it was "delayed publication". Not knowing what time it was done, the system (that calcs the ratios) usually wouldn't know if it was a buy/sell as that's worked out by seeing if it was above/below the mid at a certain time.

There could be some unusual sells in the market in the run up to Oct 30th, which would be people taking profits if they think new capitals gains tax rules might be applied immediately in the budget rather than in the new tax year. But that ought to be people realising profits before the increase, and keeping losses unrealised until after - so that's not going to be a reason for selling down at 130p as there aren't any profits to take down here.

Do try different sizes at different times if the day.

I managed to get quite a lot done a little inside the bid-offer (130-135) spread earlier in the week. But it took some effort as at some times I was being quoted 147p to buy.

It may be cheaper to do smaller sizes even if that means more fees.

I made a pair of buys yesterday @ 134.4p. Neither show up in the "ITX Share Trades" list.

They traded via Aquis - I guess trades done there don't get reported in the same way?

But the YCA -KAP option does, I think, enable YCA to buy at the end-of-week price through the next week - which means YCA is closer than you might think to being able/willing to exercise it. Andre can buy at $79.25 this week (or whatever it was going into the weekend) vs NAV being based on $1.5+ higher.

I was thinking a long-term (or actually short-to-medium-term if 2050 is considered long-term) 'threat' to Uranium demand was going be Chin developing SMRs using Rhodium - but that doesn't seem like it's going to be a thing now they are focusing on stockpiling Uranium.

I sold most of my YCA on Friday, averaging a fraction over 530p. Spent the weekend and today thinking/regretting and wondering what I'd have to pay to get back in. Now I see numerco's spot has fallen below 80 again, hopefully I can find some clarity in time for 8am.

At these levels Andreas gotta be seriously thinking about spending some of the $30m on the balance sheet on a buy back
