Projects are financed once technical validation, economics and structure are in place.

Capital is deployed into assets, not past history.

That’s not really how the sector works.

Juniors prove, majors scale.

Early-stage projects are de-risked through CPR, funding structures and offtake visibility , the bigger players typically step in after that.

It won't be AMG raising funds, it would be the new company with the asset/ offtakes etc

Secondly, whilst Carmzy & OAP were saying PEEL were dumping, I could clearly see that PEEL were actually buying , they had to wait for an RNS but not for people with a level 2 subscription.

PEEL provided a good indicator to buy, and I took the opportunity, steadily buying right under trolls noses.

I increased 25% of my holding at the right time.

It pays to buy many times over on volatile stocks. Some of my buys were really high, now being countered by low buying.

RNS confirms facts. Process stage informs expectations. Both can exist at the same time.

The timing follows the sequence CPR ,bookbuild, prospectus, approvals.

Because those are formal regulatory steps, these deals are usually measured in weeks, subject to sign-off.
