They didn’t mention the RTO in the last RNS because they were not permitted to, it's all about the timings.

They have cleared legacy liabilities and funded the regulatory workstreams needed to finish the prospectus, but cannot legally link this raise to the RTO until the prospectus is published.

A lot of the bashers are either unaware or deliberately mis-informing.

I suppose it is priced that way, if (highly doubtful) the RTO was to fail, the company shouldn't go under as the previous debts are cleared and they've raised £500k to cover current costs.

All indications are positive that the RTO will complete.

The company cannot bring historic debts through the RTO process therefore, they have settled by issuing equity (shares)

Also, they have raised £500k which you belive isn't for the ETO, I can't think what else it will be used for.

Clearing debts and raising funds is Clearing the way for the RTO.

RTO is still happening folks, all that has happened is creditors got their shares and the funds for completion were raised at a big discount.

CPR will dictate the valuation of the RTO, not clearing the books.

AMG are just the vehicle for UPSA to list on the market.

Any dilution is to pay off historic debts and get the RTO over the line.

SLR Consulting Australia Pty Ltd ("SLR") has prepared an updated CPR for the Company, they are widely regarded as one of the top-tier companies globally, for preparing Competent Persons Reports in the mining industry.

It doesn't take much to Google the quality of who AMG are working with on this RTO.

I got it, TW is very clever and manipulative, he knows he misleads and creates uncertainty.

It's how he operates , creating content for readers., he also knows how private companies work and bends the truth.

The £1000 he was referring to was for an exploration right.

The original owners, use subsidiary companies and combined they own just under 37% of UPSA.

37% of £1Bn asset valuation = a lot more than what TW suggests even though, he knows the truth.

He also knows, letters to the FCA are a meaningless distraction, because an RTO is based around a prospectus, containing a CPR with a verified valuation.

Was a terrible discount, but whoever ends up with the shares are expecting a decent return.

The shareprice now has a 11p anchor , buying in at this price means he's expecting a healthy return and most likely final pavement to the RTO.

I have level 2, I can see when they move around or in this case disappear.

It's gone from 6 MMs to 5 now.

MMs remove themselves after events and not before, so whatever brought the share price down has probably also disappeared.
