Pete, maybe the board just wanted a bid on the table to start the process.

We have probably never been in a better position for funds than now.

We are funded to dfs and possibilities much better now with metal prices and lower interest rates.

Be interested to see if global x keep acquiring now we seem pegged just under the bid price.

Fort i can't disagree with any of that sadly.

We were left wide open and constant delays and missed deadlines have allowed this woeful bid in my opinion.

Fort i agree the best we can hope for is a counter.

I just don't see sense in lambasting the board for painting a hopeless picture then just going along with it.

If the jcc don't win it won't be good for the board as they will be forced to act in all shareholders interest not just their own.

That would be the worst outcome for them and who knows where it goes from there.
