There is no need for decent honest shareholder to have anything to hide from each other.

Lse will still be here for all the anonymous holders who are afraid of saying something that might get them killed or just happy hiding in the shadows.

I'd also like to add that why we maybe aligned with our board we could also be seen as a hurdle to them achieveving their goals.

it would make sense to create a group where we could share our holdings and see where we are in terms of holdings.

I'd guess we'd have to have some proof of holdings to enter to try and deter any mischievous types and maybe reconfirm monthly/quarterly if needs be.

Anyway I'm generally happy with how things went yesterday and more so that Nick was present as felt he had been a bit quitet over the last 24 months.

Unfortunately things work/family wise didn't allow me to get to this meeting so hopefully the next one.

No one has sold and most holders are sitting tight.

The fact the big boys are making investments and replenishing their resources should tell you anything you need to know.

I know you think I'm always out to get you but it's not like that honestly :-)

I read your posts and like your balanced approach even if it does lean to the negative side at times.

You state why don't our big hitters buy on the open market, to me this reveals their position and they have always been tight lupped when it comes to solg. Buying more than 1% and we all know its game on so the strategy in my eyes is to lay low and wait to pounce or sell for a profit when the time is right.

With regards to our suitors, what makes you think they are decreasing?

We have a huge resource in cascabel and many other potentials. The v truth is, we just don't know either way and a few questionable articles doesn't mean anything?

Eloro, we have to assume red has been picking up all these cheap shares over the last 2 years hence his low ave.

Without him we'd be in a much worse position.

The board doesn't need to know which way we would swing but surely the fact we are together and could sway some vote would give us the voice we require?

There was little to gain by kicking our anyone from our board at the agm in my opinion.

If we Want change never year we need to act now.

It's been over 2 years we have been largely disregarded apart from asking for our votes when needed.

It's not necessarily about ousting Scott or electing Mather but more about creating an open and direct line to our board and making clear that PI's should be in the loop.

I dare say we would need to be careful and mindful that there would be the odd rogue with mischievous intentions within such a said group but ignoring a large group of holders because of 1 investor is a bit much.

I'm sure Add would want to be part of such a group even if he does support Scott.

A simple teams would be an easy to setup.

My only concern is how many real holders we actually have in this Bb :-)

Would a letter like this hold more value if they knew how many peoeple were behind it and their overall share holding.

It all seems very easy rolling into an agm knowing how it's going to pan out but if we could build this over the next year it may force the board to treat us on a equal footing.

Not sure how we would go a about this just an idea.

They have an obligation to keep investors updated.

Of course cutting certain lines of comms to maybe needed but the last 2 years has gone well beyond that.

I stand by what I say, that using bbg as an excuse for poor comms is complete rubbish.

Solg have plenty of means to communicate with private investors and blaming bbg is just a handy excuse.

Nobody is buying it im afraid and I only hope they know what they are doing or the fall out will be pretty big in my opinion.
