It essentially put us back in the driving seat and as you say it allows us to see it play out.

Not home and dry but pressure off for sure.

So you were bearish yet here you are holding out for a buyout.

Of course I see upside here, we have a tier 1 deposit with funding offers in the pipeline.

If the sp was the only indicator of solg why would we see Franco laying out a great deal for a small % of our gold?

I think it's clear nothing we do would move the sp in the current market so why dilute.

In 12 months we tick all the boxes we set about funding the rest of the capex and that's all.

I'd be suprised if the sp ( and wider market) isn't in a much better place to be honest.

It could possibly go the other way too but having seen the negative ( or realists as you'd probably call them) spiut fear here for 10 years solg has always progressed albeit with some pretty shody management along the way.

Yet over the last 12 years solg ( as have other juniors)has seen various highs with at times virtually no money in the bank and certainly no tier 1 resource.

Strange that you think others only hope for a bid.

Personally if a bid is not forthcoming I see us receiving full funding and we start with a smaller open pit and we go alone. I'm not sure how that plays out in your scenario as this is all due in the next 12 to 18 months too.

If we see out the next 12 months do you forsee the the sp staying static if the general market improves?

We are expecting precious metals to rise, rate drops and appetite for precious metals to grow.

Eventually this filters down to juniors right?

Be strange if solg having one of the best mines (not in the hands of a major) didn't pick up some tailwind of general market forces.

Bozi, all achievable targets and that's all I'm after.

I'm sure somewhere along the line the sp may reflect the achievements or who knows maybe even exceed expectations.

I'm here for the long haul if needs be but think opportunities will be presented over the next 18 months.

Hopefully we see the the junior market in a much better place.

I shall be topping up over the next 6 months so fully expect this to go lower on each of those occasions :-)

Bozi, £1.15 is more realistic than your 15p and that is my belief.

I take it you'll be selling out when this gets to the 15-30p range?

The bulls aren't going away, get used to it.

Remember this is a tier 1 mine and would demand a pretty big premium.

No one on the share register is accepting 15p buddy, maybe £1.15 .

You still have time to get some shares so fill up and see if solg can bring a smile to that miserable persona of yours.

Assuming all this correct why is NM so quiet?

Is there anything stopping him (legally) from voicing his concerns?

Add, we seem to reveal our intentions every few months but they have changed and changed back so may times it really doesn't matter anymore.

Actions speak louder than words and we are moving forward after what seemed like an age of no news at all.

Let's sat we don't get a bite when we are at turnkey stage then my guess is we change out team and head to production.

In 18 months time I'm assuming( dangerous I know) that Finance would be much cheaper and with a large chunk of our capex already secured it puts in a good position to secure the rest.

Makes you wonder how strategically important it was to basically shutdown for 2 years.

Let's try and enjoy the next 18 months and hopefully not too much drama from solg towers.

Lots happening by year end including dgr situation and US elections which in my opinion will have just as much impact on us as anything else has recently.

Bozi, 60p isn't cheap but fair value is 40p to 90p.

That does increase though and market influences will most likely have an effect.

Considering the sp valued us at 1b a few years ago, do you not believe the next 12 months could see us far exceed that as we tick more boxes?

4,5 or 6 years is not that long to wait.

Once the decision had been made to proceed I'm not sure anyone's is expecting Scott and Nick to get a shovel and Start digging.

My opinion is they want full value and it seem some of the pi are happy with that approach rather than selling cheap for 60p

If that's the case Bozi we go it alone and hold tight for the big rewards.

I happen to agree with you regarding the sp.

A chance to make a cheeky offer has been missed and the longer it is in our hands the more valuable it becomes.

It is also becoming a reality that we can finance this ourselves and will continue to be the case as metal prices increase and interest rates decline.

I'm happy to wait and the 30-60p window has now closed.
