What is the deadline to vote against the dilution ? Surely we all need to vote against this theft of our company by greedy (and incompetent) directors ??

Info on setting up a Shareholders Group.

From rough calculations (albeit I have no way of verifying this) people on the and the other board add up to approx 100m shares - I'm happy to make contact with these guys below and maybe set up a Zoom call with them late next week to see the best way to proceed.

Surely it is time to get rid of this incompetent Board.

I asked about 4 or 5 months ago to set up a shareholders group to call an EGM to hopefully get rid of the board who have proven themselves not able to deliver action rather than words. I only got one reply but we need 5% of shares apparently and so we were short. Let’s just do it shall we - left to these guys we'll just gradually bleed our cash with delay and no dilution - with someone else at least we would have a chance of realising the value here - I have about 2% of the shares to get us started.

Well Harry has said numerous times via RNS that the initial dollar equivalent instalment is unconditional so It should come any day. No excuses.

For those of us who have been around for more than a few weeks this has the old familiar feeling of Harry and leaches playbook. Issue vague pointless but on the face of it promising RNS to be quickly followed by yet another delay but more jam tomorrow- not impressed at all - the Board needs dismantling if they cannot get ANS money by tomorrow.

Tomorrow- assuming everything is as we expect re the ANS funding in the RNS - some will be tempted to sell once it goes over 2 or 2.5 p. Obviously everyone has to make their own decision but I would advise simply waiting until the share price reaches a level that is somewhat in line real value here rather than selling for a quick 50-100%. Keep calm, you’ve come this far no need to get out quick and disorderly

Is that ANS are now legally liable to buy 35% of TK for 38m dollars ( which they hope to make lots of profit on). That e Yates to roughly 1 million dollars per 1 % and therefore our 45% share is worth roughly 45million dollars or 35million pounds - nearly 3 times where we are now - insane at these levels - wish I had more money or Harry would grant me his warrants !!!

I would be absolutely flabbergasted (and poorer!) if ANS did not pay up in the next couple of weeks - that is not my objection - my objection is that the Board and Harry and Leach in particular are basically rewarding themselves and their mates with tens of millions of cut price shares after destroying the value of Long term investors which he called "nervous nellies" - its great not to be nervous if you can basically give yourself an extra 20 million shares Harry - not an option for us. Newbies will no doubt make 30 or 50 or 150% but that is almost immaterial if you have been here for a while - a lot of the long term upside has effectively been stolen by the Board - It is completely immoral and possibly illegal against the interests of PIs and I would urge all to vote against this theft .

Anyone know the rules on how much notice they have to give re the general meeting to approve the warrants etc ? Need to plan a trip to a London !!

I’ll be voting against the motions at the general meeting - the problem is the board own or control vast swaths of shares and so can award themselves whatever they want and there seems to be no protection for smaller players which is surely illegal.

I will NOT be happy with 2p while the directors swim in a sea of free money paid for by me and other long suffering PIs

We always knew that the directors and key contractors would be issued shares for their services-it has been explicitly stated several times. That is fine if done at a realistic price but 1.25 is far too low. .
the addition of the warrants is just a kick in the balls . I’ll be voting against and would urge all others to do the same. The board have 100-150m shares and so will obviously vote for this - I have just over 20m shares so need support to block.

If unsuccessful I will complain to the authorities as I believe they are basically shafting Pis but frankly that is unlikely to achieve anything. They are basically stealing all the upside From LTH - yes this will go to 3 or 4 p but it could and should be 8 or 10 - royally fed up!!!
