On the basis that every deadline he has set he has missed, on the basis that this time last year the money was supposed to have arrived and we had circa 450m shares in issue and now we have over double AND STILL NO MONEY despite promise after promise - what kind of agreement do they have that they can be bounced around this way - ridiculous - we could have had a rights issue and retained all the value ourselves for the piddling amount of money raised - we are being diluted to oblivion and even if the project does happen they will have deliberately destroyed the shareholders in the process - reason enough?

In the UK, the Companies Act 2006 allows shareholders representing at least 5% of the paid-up voting shares to require a company to call a general meeting and to propose a resolution which can be properly moved at the meeting.

This makes the Ethiopian government look awful - if they want this and any future projects to be funded by outside investors and bond holders they have to realise they need to actually deliver their commitments- for the number one priority in the country apparently it is a disgrace.

I suspect it is because he wants to drive the share price down which will enable him and his cronies to get more shares for their salaries on the funding triggering in the next week - complete scam - get the lawyers ready!

You may be right but equally look at shares like Prem Africa - another Africa miner - shares in the doldrums, shareholders rightly annoyed , dilution etc etc them a bit of good news last week and it multi bags 10 fold - just hope Kefi the same in the next couple of weeks !!!!

It also reflects the low opinion Kefis announcements are held in - investors are sick and tired of these "it's almost here" RNS's and then constantly disappointed - lets see if this time its different but the Board should understand they are not trusted

I’ve put around 200k into this freakin’ crazy share - lost over half at the minute so on Friday I decided to spend another 15k - if this doesn’t happen in a few weeks at the latest I’m gonna start getting annoyed !! On the other hand could actually be in profit soon - boils down to whether you believe in Harry and ANS - if they are to be taken at their word it’s free money - if they are lying you can half the share price -you pays your money you take your chances !!

Kefi has clearly done some excellent work in getting to the stage they are at in an operational perspective- all the I s are dotted, all the t s are crossed - we have been let down by the finance team not finding the right financing options and so are held hostage as infinitum by local financiers. I can’t believe we can’t get just 8 million pounds from a bank or other source and don’t believe we have tried and that is down to the finance director- he should go

Harry has said in the past we have been approached by bigger players but he has rebuffed them - time to pick up the phone and you know actually do something instead of being at the mercy of a group who simply do not want to pay ! They are senior well connected people from the country and they want US to commission a report to tell they how risky or not their country is - ! Madness ANS out !!!!!

Exactly - I remember they said on 17 dec 2018 they were on target for the start of 2019 - and we are still here !! I really hope they do proceed but won’t be shocked if there is a delay again - worst thing is the delays burn thro cash and we all know that leads to dilution so fingers and toes crossed - but clearly no need to wait to the final day if there was movement so not confident!

Hold on - we just paid £380K to arrange a Loan Facility of £2m - half of which could be turned into equity at 2p - why the h*ll are we now saying we'll do a placing to raise less than a £1m (probably £800K after costs) at 1.7p - without any shareholder approval !!!!! Something stinks !!

Some good news on the bond I think, saying i is just waiting on the gov approval to get going - he said it would likely be funded by two Mid Eastern banks. Also someone asked the question as to whether they had been approached by bigger miners to JV or sell out to them but they had refused to develop themselves and get full shareholder value which I thought was very interesting!

It’ll be lanstead mainly - they had just under 3% of the equity and are committed to sell - probably below 2% now so not a huge amount left
