RE: This is all very well but...........18 Jan 2023 12:27
The LFD is being upgraded so when it's ready to go on sale it will be the best Avct can produce, not a quick fire test to contend with a pandemic. All the approved tests are vulnerable to the Omicron variants and nobody knows if their sensitivity was reduced by Omicron. We do know because an Antibody failed, we also know all the approved tests contain a combination of two or more Antibodies. The probability the sensitivity of all the approved tests is affected imo must be fairly high.
When, how soon or its late seems to be the driving force adopted by many when it should be how good is the AffiDX LFD mark 2 going to be.
Listen to the video 30 seconds in and AS will explain how improvements can be made, as for when it will happen lets say, early January.

Fact, when its approved all the other tests will be second rate and Avct will demonstrate Affimers are not only an alternative to Antibodies they are superior. Huge Diagnostic market out there.
