What ambiguous part of this interview is not clear, It wasn't clear to me at first however turning up the volume really helped. As for the need for another RNS I see no point imo, the SD will put meat on the bone and the experts will swoon with excitement. The LFD is EFFECTIVE at detecting High Viral Loads of Omicron, the Sensitivity is reduced at Lower Viral Loads. All the approved tests on the market were clinically validated to detect High Viral Loads ( Ct < 25 ).
You may wish to dispute this fact, please provide the evidence where you say it didn't work .

Interesting revenue numbers, growth with sales in Covid tests dwindling and they have introduced a new test to the market ( 92% Sensitivity / 100% Specificity ). Huge opportunity for any company with a proven reagent to succeed in this multi-billion pound market place. Avct has such a reagent with excellent, not fair or good, excellent binding properties.

As it stands current legislation dictates MMs are exempt from disclosing net short positions to the FCA and the market, along with the restrictions on uncovered short selling. As short sellers are seen to profit from falling share prices why would they not seek to drive the price down deliberately alongside taking a short position. Why not produce an Affimer to inhibit the PD-1 protein. It worked with covid when Affimers inhibited the virus entering human cells and was ignored, now they are trying to combine two separate treatments when one would do. A big mAb to inhibit the protein and a vaccine to boost the immune system. Why complicate the process, one day when the penny drops an Affimer will prevail.

AstraZeneca new in 2020 Avct had an inhibitor for covid and failed to react as did all the big Pharma's with vaccines being fast forwarded through the system. The inhibitor could also be used as bi-specific / tri- specific therapies which could ensure effectiveness should the spike protein mutate. The Affimer inhibited the virus from entering human cells, why would any big Pharma ignore such a breakthrough. Capivasertib is an inhibitor which binds to a specific protein like an Affimer and obviously the preferred choice of AstraZeneca. A big mistake on their part imo.
