The performance of pre|CISION has challenged the technology in which a toxic payload is delivered. On one hand you have ADC's which create off target toxicity and on the other hand a technology proven to deliver the toxic payload more efficiently.

The BP have been busy jostling for position to gain the upper hand in the ADC future market potential. Hence Pfizer buys Seagen for $43 billion the industry leader in ADC research and the use of this technology in the treatment of cancer. One could say a huge over-valued price for a few approved ADC's however Seagen is top dog in this tech.

Avacta is top dog in the pre|CISION tech, going by all the evidence provided ADC's with their many flaws look vulnerable.

At present ADC's have the momentum but for how long. The question is what do BP value the potential of a superior tech when $43 billion buys a flawed one.

With a technology that stretches way beyond ADC's Avct is sitting on a gold mine with multiple rich veins. How much for the gold mine, priceless imo.

Eli Liily will also inherit the licencing agreement PB / Avct has for pre|CISION / CanSEEK to develop Radiopharmaceutical products targeting FAP / PMSA which should speed up the development process. Their R&D spend was $7.19 billion in 2022.

The BP have invested billions in developing their drugs for ADC's. A toxin like MMAE imo is a perfect candidate for a licencing agreement. It is so toxic it cannot be used on its own and it's cheap, many more times toxic than DOX. There are ADC's out there using MMAE, whoever gives the best deal gets the licencing agreement. It's a no brainer imo.

Another ADC deal, a few BP buying into a second rate technology. In the mean time would it not be wise to invest in a contingency plan to ensure they play catch, after all Antibodies have been blown out the water. In the end imo it will come down to which drug produces the best results when it is delivered. Using pre|CISION of course.
