Topped up 3 times this morning. I strongly believe we will look back in a few months and say wow was this really sub-40p! Within 6 months to a year I think the SP will be somewhere in the 60 - 80p range so even at my pessimistic estimate that’s a 50% return from here. GLA and DYOR

PIs always get stuffed in these situations. Sooner PIs realise companies don’t give a F*** the better. On plus side the reasons for the cash are sound and will help achieve the exponential growth referred to. At least we now have a clear bottom line for share price value which we are unlikely to dip below.

AJP I would be pleased if your H2 prediction is correct. The conservative side of me says $3m the optimistic side $4m

Fully agree with the positive sentiment that this is a great opportunity to buy ASOS which is what I’ve been doing this morning. The market may wait to see who is appointed in the top job but I read the change after 12 years as a positive and ASOS evolving to the next stage. It will be interesting to see if the new boss has a transatlantic background

Clearly the brokers also feel Pendragon is moving in the right direction. I expect the company to beat its revised target profit of £70m for the year with a strong Q4. Chip pressures aren’t going away quickly so I expect excellent margins to continue through 2022

Pendragon PLC increases underlying profit before tax guidance for the full year to 31 December 2021 from approximately £55.0m - £60.0m to approximately £70.0m.

Jed that was the H1 position. I expect a Q3 trading update within the next week. Expecting profits to be better than forecast so hopefully we will see a nice uplift in share price just as Lookers did today. Both PDG and LOOK are very under valued due to past problems. Continued financial progress should see both re-rated IMO.

I’ve loaded up with Pendragon this morning after reading Lookers Q3 update. I’m expecting Pendragon’s update to predict beating forecast profits. Margins are up across New and Used cars - simply supply and demand.

I’m expecting a bump up. Liquidity has improved enormously:
At 30 September 2021, the Group had a net cash balance of approximately £30.0m compared to net debt of £25.9m at 30 September last year.

As predicted yesterday in today’s Q3 trading update:
“…excellent new and used vehicle margins”

True but where demand exceeds supply margins will increase. I would hope to see this reflected in the next trading update

Good news. Will be a short lived fall. Bought up shares at 61p this morning as except will put 10% back on this week.

Really didn’t think would be able to buy at under 7p again but I guess the market realises it could be a while before:
a) further updates on new customers / product updates
b) Trading updates. Worst case we are waiting to January for H2.
I don’t see any cash raise being needed in the near future though JS sensibly can’t rule it out. He said only if needed to fund expansion.
For me it’s a question of being patient and personally adding when I can afford to do so.

Future RNS should definitely shift the share price upwards but I think the share price will start to move up before then. We are over the storm of over expectations for H1 and can sit back and enjoy the growth JS talked about in his presentation, over H2 and subsequent trading updates

Now have 120 brands.
Added 15 new brands already in 2021 with another 5 by end of year.
20 new brands in next 12 months.

A very positive presentation by John Shaw and he came across confident. Hopefully tomorrow we can find out a bit more about the £25m and £75m revenue targets he mentioned in the Vox Markets Podcast, in particular how they plan to achieve them and over what timescale. I’ve made a small top up today as I believe the share price will start moving soon.

Usually a company presents immediately following results. With the presentation being a day later and already knowing what the H1 results look like this makes me wonder if this was timed to enable a market dip today. I am expecting a very positive presentation tomorrow and I think the share price will respond accordingly. GLA.

Originally invested in KNB when it launched and sold out. Have just re-invested following a string of RNS developments in manufacturing, distribution and retail. Will continue to build a position whilst it’s under 20p. CBD market is still in its early days but IMO will take off in the near future and this looks like the best play available on the U.K. stock markets due to its vapour pod technology. Good Luck All.
