IDW, CINE made an offer before voice to buy Cineplex despite the debt. Wonder why Mooky was not worried at that time about the debt. You gloat about the debt day in a day out. Now the deal is cancelled so £2bn is saved and now cinemas have opened up all over so can't see what is the worry about the debt that you keep mentioning. At that time when the deal was announced SP did not drop at all as everyone knows that debt is manageable and it is still manageable now with the cinemas opened up so please stop spouting rubbish about the debt all the time. Once the cine SP hits £1 hope you will disappear atleast then.

Last hour had only few off the book trades and they were big trades and marked as sold but you never know if it is really a buy or sell. Some of my trades in the past were marked as buys when I sold and viceversa. I know few others too observed the same.

We never had an answer from IDW on why he keeps posting here when he is not invested. He is not shorting this share either as he acknowledged that he invested in CINE a month back for a quick 10% profit. So I guess the one reason he is posting negative news constantly is because he might want to get in at a lower price so hoping that his constant negatives will have an impact on SP but the SP is just cruising since he last sold for 10% profit!

May be we are led to believe that there was corruption with old board. Even after the voting Pwc did not want to be the auditor. The new board urgently needs to host investor presentation on how they are planning to take the company forward. Hope there is a RNS next week. If the old board was there I think share price would have been at 50p or 60p easily.

We had trolls here and analysts questioning the survival of cinema industry back in May/Jun time. From the beginning, I didn't believe the end of cinema due to VOD. Cinemas will exist forever. Not 10-30 years, they will survive forever. The experience going to cinema is unbeatable compared to viewing the same at home.

All that matters is how much money CINE/AMC and others can lend for their capex or opex. But we have seen that credit has been made available to CINE easily as clearly lenders too knew that this industry can make money even with 50% capacity. Covid definitely has been a real test and industry survived so if Indepth is still thinking whether convenants test can be passed in December is quite deluded and sooner or later he will accept the reality and will one day regret for not buying CINE at this price.

Now that media coverage on Moscow office chaos is all forgotten so that is nice.
Hopefully board provides some impetus next week and a RNS would be nice to see what are the next steps.
