As long as Debt is manageable, we should be alright. Why the creditors are not calling in debt now instead of waiting till December?
There are many companies that are affected by covid and creditors are willing to provide exemptions whenever possible as they knew that they can't make money elsewhere as every sector is affected. Mooky said that he will try to get waiver even for December convenent test. can't see how December could be end of the world for CINE.

There could be equity raise but do not think it will be at 20p or 30p that some are dreaming. Remember that Mooky has put his own shareholdings as the security to get funding from Sandgrove. Why would Sandgrove agree to that if Mooky's shareholdings are going to get diluted? Or may be there could be some dilution but again Mooky bought his shares when SP was at £2+ ? so he would not agree for equity raise at the prices that some are dreaming. Sandgrove knows that Cinema is to stay forever. All the box office studios have postponed their releases to next year. Why would they do that if they think VOD is the place to go?

Ofcourse with the volatility in the share price this is not for weak hearts but this could come good for those invested. I managed to bring my avg down from 80p to 53p. Just need that bloody vaccine or a drug asap and I hope Bojo doesn't take any silly decisions regarding the closures. I'm sure he is following Trump and CINE's majority of revenue is from US where there is no lockdown despite high number of cases. All IMHO.

you can never trust those buys and sells as few have said that there buys are shown as sell and sell as a buy. May be TomE can confirm what his trades were recorded this week or anyone else?

I see the first few lines that says out of 20 exploration projects that NC has, HAV is the most attractive one! Known thing but good to be iterated in a gold forum as other majors may now want to see what other assets that GGP have leading to more JVs on other assets. Infact the other majors may also bid for HAV?

Devon is only just looking at one side of the coin that is on creditors side. But he doesn't want to think that what is other possibility which LTI, Kenni and others are saying. Why a deal was made to write off $205M if PMO is able to raise $325M via equity? If creditors want their money back then why write off $205M. Not a small amount considering a consortium of 40 lenders? We also have news that PMO has received support for in excess of targeted $325M. Full 75% agreement not reached still could be related to ARCM.

PMO would have gone bankrupt in June convenant test if creditors wanted but they extended it. Worst case it will get extended again to wait and see the oil outlook next year or a deal will be reached but no bankruptcy. IMO.

If there was no wider market jitters today with all the virus woes, bank probe and gold drop, auditor news could have easily bumped SP to 40s. RNS did not support the SP.

GDXJ updated with increased POG shares that they bought on Friday -

On Friday, the website was showing POG holdings as around 1M and now they are holding 118M! In their portfolio, POG holding percentage was 0.01% on Friday close and now they hold 0.84% of their portfolio.
So 91M trade on Friday close must have been Vaneck's.

It seems next review of their holdings happens in December.

Lemon, my sincere suggestion is that put money that you don't want it for next 2yrs because this is not going any where. Might see new lows by January. Could bounce in between.

Bloody scare from our so called "tOP" scientists. When the death rate is low I don't understand why the hell they scare people. How many times it has been discussed that there is more damage due to covid than catching it? More job losses , destruction wealth which will definitely lead to ill health than due to covid.

Anyways not adding any more here. My last top up was at 29p and that is enough. They are sitting in bottom drawer since 4yrs I think. So another 4yrs may be just to get back my money. Dividends cancelled too so am not earning anything on my Lloyds shares.

As some of you have asked about the effect on other shares after GDXJ inclusion. Please see POG. It appears even that got included into GDXJ on Friday. After hours there was a 91M UT trade. Similar to GGP, since Monday, it went up by 4p on Wednesday and then rinsing started but on Friday after hours 91M trade and a 2M trade. But the SP at auction is still down. Wonder at what price it will open up on Monday.

Rusty, we are comparing the pattern with GGP. We are trying to figure out if GDXJ have finished buying POG on Friday close or if there is going to more trades on Monday.

It appears like the POG rise this week is to do with GDXJ buying it. It would be interesting to know which other funds are buying/selling POG.

Have you not seen the article yesterday where it is mentioned by a reliable source that they have secured the funding in excess of the targeted $325M. Before you post, do some research please!

Devon, can you explain why Schroder's upped their stake above 5% after reducing earlier?
If 15p or 12p is the dilution price why the market is pricing PMO today at 19p still?

Another thing that you don't get is that once the uncertainty is removed, you will see a coiled spring bounce as market knows PMO is going to produce 100KBPD next year and there will be no debt maturities/convenants tests until next 3 yrs or is it 5yrs? 30p in no time depending on covid situation.

Hopefully if in the weekend bloody BJ doesn't announce any serious lockdown measures then next week should be a good one for PMO.

if the equity raise needs to be attractive then why just 15p, 12p, 10p? Why not 5p? 5p is even more enticing right?

I think dilution would be compared to 200MDA and if you take that then I think it should be atleast 20p, which is where the market is pricing and that is the reason why I think it didn't hit 15p or 10p random numbers that some of you are throwing up in the air!

The existing shareholders will not agree for such a low price. Do you think Schroders will agree to 10p? We have seen that they went below 5% and now back above 5%! They must have sniffed something nice brewing in the background!

2Bn company is considered a large cap share in UK whereas $2Bn in states is a tiny company. A $50bn company in US might still have revenues same as ITV? I feel ITV is very undervalued.
