The beauty of this bond issuance is that should the bond holders want to convert the debt into ordinary shares then they have to pay a premium share price of £1.28!!!

yes, it looks like it is going to break 110p today. I think close today would be near 109p and next week depending on the weekend news, a slight dip but will bounce by mid day Tuesday.
Bear in mind, everyone is aware of the announcement coming up in the weekend. With US and few other countries in Green List, we should be OK. So is the reason for IAG flying too so I think not to worry much for next week. IMO.

1st week of March, SP was near to 25p and in 3 weeks time, it is down by 25% whereas oil was at $69 and now near $64.
A bit of drop in oil panics investors(bloody fools) drops their pants and sell off and a bit of positive news, they crawl back slowly. This shows it is all about sentiment and nothing about the fundamentals of the company.

When fundamentals are strong why one want to sell? ENQ debt less than TLW and still ENQ is underrated. I'm sure you will find loads of companies where people talk about the debt yet investors want to invest in debt heavy companies.

With no major TR1s, it looks like it is all retail investors pumping and dumping ENQ. Current drop I believe is more around the year end book keeping with some banking profits having bought at 12p and 13p?

New ISA allowance from next week and I hope the new money goes into ENQ than the volatile PMO and TLW.
