Without getting into FTSE100, we are already close to 130p! Once into FTSE 100, 180p slowly with dividend announcement?

This December by XMas, ITV will be well over 180p. It might touch briefly 200p and may end year at 185p - 190p. Of course it is all my opinion. No one should buy based on the above.

So easy when you get into a FTSE 100 share early! I have stopped looking at ITV SP.

Anyways GLA. Don't sell your ITV share. The ones who are getting in now, don't go all in but don't see this going down to 115s at all. Vaccine progress is going well all around except EU but they will sort it out soon. ATB

well BT is the worst performing share for over years and even that dog has picked up despite all the gloomy news around covid.

RR is in a much better shape than BT. With the asset disposal going as per the plan, RR will have a very strong liquidity even in 2022.

RR is heavily manipulated currently. MMs will have to let this go higher soon. Once it kicks off, it can bounce lot higher. I will remind again, remember the the jump RR did in Nov on vaccine news. It went from 100p to 160p in a single day. It will happen again. Just patience needed. Not years. By May, situation will look much better.

Bloody airlines are the worst affected due to the restrictions and they are not dropping hard.

RR clearly is manipulated. We just need to buy the dips and one day the short squeeze will happen here.

Selling assets was part of the plan for £2bn disposal. Read the article, it clearly says that CEO has a target to dispose £2bn of assets -

It was clearly mentioned in the RNS too and quoted in various media articles.

The fact that they managed to find a buyer to buy the assets for £1.5bn is damn good news!
Also the article says that there are several private equity groups interested in so a bidding war will kick off and they might be able to sell it for more than £1.5Bn!

The drop I believe is orchestrated to fill boots by your city traders.

Once this deal is done, they just have to find a buyer for their Bergen business. RR will then have a very strong liquidity until 2022.

Once the news is digested in the weekend, Monday morning it might open up higher! GLA

am frustrated too seeing the drop despite the positive news. It could be the friday thing for the big traders who pushed it up and taking money out now for however small profit it is!

I'm not ramping and am not asking anyone to buy and not saying it is undervalued.
Also your comments may not manipulate the price and all the 10k+ trades every day are not depending on the commentary on here. We just don't know which way price can swing. Currently sentiment is negative.
Some could sell at loss becoming emotional when reading the commentary but in 1-2 months time, they may regret selling it for loss.

To be honest, I sold one tranche of my £10k at a loss of £2.5k but still have £15k invested which is in red too.
I sold one tranche so that incase this drops lower, I can buy in.
But I don't want to constantly speculate on the price.

Anyways everyone is free to express their opinion and like someone said I cannot police who can post what. The comments here can make someone take an emotional decision and don't want anyone to sell at a loss and later regret for selling it at loss.

I'm sure everyone here agrees that in 1 months time, outlook will be better than worse or atleast I hope so.

You have been proved wrong with your absurd price predictions and still arrogant to throw the numbers in the air.
You don't have anything else to post other than speculating constantly on the price despite you are getting it wrong still shamelessly posting your price predictions.

I would say the April 5th news on travel ban is priced in. It is clear that considering the current situation, on April 5th, they will announce about travel restrictions but what market is looking for is how severe are the restrictions and for how long.

Govt approach should be and will be to wait and see and I feel that is what the message would be on April 5th. They won't announce outright ban until certain date as it is too early to come up with any such date. Vaccinations are ramping up in EU so situation will change in 1-2 months time so why would govt's want to cancel holidays this year by April 5th.

They are going to announce traffic light system for travel and RR just needs flying hours and it doesn't matter if few countries in EU are in lockdown. Also lockdown in EU is only until end of April. Once they lift the lockdown by end April and the vaccine progress improves, market will like it.

We don't need your constant wild guesses that have gone horribly wrong. Upside anyone can predict when the outlook is positive so don't boast your self for getting it right couple of times. Broken clock and all that....

If you see the RNS, it says bond holders who wants to take shares will have to pay £1.28!!!

How did they agree if they do not believe that share price would not go atleast above £1.28!!! Current price is a bargain!!!

Doesn't matter if one or two countries are in lockdown. US-UK travel corridor will open up in June and travel to other countries that are not in Red list will all add up to the flying hours.

Second half RR expects to be cash flow positive and by second half Europe will get vaccinated like UK and US. Just in 1-2 months time situation will be much better than now.

Most importantly RR has other businesses too and not just airline business. RR will bounce back.
Remember the short squeeze that occurred back in Nov when vaccine results were announced? It went to 160p from 100p on single day! 160p sometime this year! GLA

SP fell from 128p to current price because market already perceived about the holidays pushing back so it is all priced in.

The rise today clearly shows how undervalued this is. Even IAG, TUI, EZJ bounced as well as market is aware of the travel news on Monday itself. Now market is forward looking so is the bounce.

News on vaccine in EU will look much better from now on as the days pass on.

Kando, can I request you to stop throwing the numbers? You got it wrong on Monday when you predicted bounce to 120s after friday close at 117!

People reading the posts can get emotional when they are in loss and might sell at loss when you throw numbers in the air.
We all are in here for making money so unless your shorting otherwise better stay off the keyboard if there isn't anything positive to post!

Vaccine passports are designed to enable travel. EU situation will get better in 1 month time. Market is always forward looking so just need confirmation that vaccination is being ramped up.

Cw, exactly my thoughts too. I just posted in IAG too on the same lines. UK-US transatlantic route is the busiest even without holidays so that should bring revenue to RR. Also EU will ramp up vaccination in one month from now so situation will look much better after 1 month.
