Anybody know how the IPO for our partner Synergen went? Was it not on 01/06/22 in Australia? I think they called Synergen, but been a while since I’ve been on here and I can’t remember and can’t be bothered to look it up lol.

If anybody had any doubts that the stock market isn’t corrupt then the 10% drop on the sale of 497 shares this morning says it all.

Exactly, so why is this SP so low? I think the whole market in general has now become corrupt. I said to the Wife yesterday, “how do people make money today? the banks are poop, buying and renting a property is fraught with dangers and the stock market is as corrupt as a Tory “work gathering,” lol
I think this is one gem that will come good, very good. Therefore, and it won’t be often unfortunately, I’ll be topping up as and when cash becomes available.

Not read the RNS and by the looks of the SP I don’t think I’ll bother.
SP looks like trying to light a wet firework, a few fizzes, bit of smoke, cough and a splutter and nothing. I’m sure DM’s love children will tell me what’s in the RNS.

I think that was DM desperately trying to pump the SP to a 14 or 15p range so he could put the placing in at 10p and raise £20M from the 200,000,000 shares for this years and maybe next years drill campaigns if necessary.
As soon as DM mentioned a 200,000,000 share placing I thought that was a massive mistake. For me, that has stopped the SP rising which is the exact opposite effect that DM wanted for the SP for the placing.
The fact there is no news or communication from DM or Ian, IMO, tells me just how big a mess DM and Ian have got themselves into.
What really worries me now is if it is a one hole drill campaign and that is a duster then DM and Ian will be on the brink of a total disaster.
DM or Ian need to release a RNS but I have a feeling they don’t want to because the news is not good. All IMO and until DM or Ian tell me otherwise that won’t change. Could be time to evaluate my position.

As the days go by and no RNS yet about the drill campaign, I am now of the opinion that the DM interview on an Irish small town radio station was the “Drill campaign RNS” we were all waiting for. 1 hole, 2000 metre deep, 8.5” wide but DM still doesn’t know where or when. This will be funded out of current funds held which I believe is about £9M.
The reason, IMO, there will be no multiple drills this year is, despite a couple of attempts by DM and Ian to pump the SP up, they have failed, which now means they cannot activate the 200,000,000M share placing to pay for the multiple drill campaign this year. So DM and Ian have now painted themselves into a corner because they can’t announce a drill campaign because they can’t raise the money for it and they can’t raise the money because they don’t have a drill campaign. All IMO of course and I’d like DM and Ian to prove me wrong.

Sharesaplenty. You could also ask why Ian stated they were talking to end users last year, implying a discovery had been made, when they hadn’t even finished drilling along with Dave stating about the bubbles in the mud.
I am not deramping, this is great news and the SP should rise accordingly when the RNS is released. Here’s another theory for you. Why was the news not released in a RNS? I would have thought it would have been. So, after last years circus, could there be a very small chance Dave's trying to get the SP up to then slap in the fund raise? Wouldn’t put it past him.
Just a possibility, you never know on AIM.

When I read that last post back it sounds a bit arrogant to me. Wasn’t meant to be, was just meant to prove I’m not ramping this and then doing a runner. lol
Just been shopping and was dreading getting back and the SP had risen to 29p with the spread asking 31p lol HL were showing 28p on the buy but when I put the order through it came up at 27.54!!! Was gobsmacked.
Trying to get the Wife to sell an organ for more money but the look she gave me when I asked suggested F*** you lol. Need another idea.
I think if the MM’s keep the spread sensible they will encourage more trade here. More revenue for them and a chance to make a few bob for PI’s. That’s how it should be imo, then everybody gets a share of the pie instead of them taking the pie and leaving the bits of crust that drop off for the PI’s.

I remember back when this was about 42p and we were lucky if we got a post every month. I once posted “is anybody out there” or something to that effect and didn’t even get a reply 2 months later lol

You're right Newuncle, they will come, they whinge, they troll, they ramp and deramp and the BB will turn into a circus for a while. Only thing to do is hit the BIG FILTER BUTTON and drown out the noise. We all know who the genuine posters are on here with genuine belief in what the companies doing. So unless it is backed up by hard facts, ignore the sheet and do want you want to do. Don’t let the morons talk you out of your investment with FUD.

Great link Shatner. I think he shares the same view as everybody else invested here. We’ve done everything we said we were going to do but the SP has tanked but now in fast recovery mode.

I wish it was mine but just persuaded the other half to transfer £5,000 from the savings account to invest here. When it clears later today, hopefully, will be putting it in here. Will let you know when so shows I ‘m genuine and not just a ramper. So stop buying everyone until it goes through. PLEEEEEASE.

Totally agree. If I remember rightly this opened at 61p. Since then we have obtained the e-money thingy, and an acquisition in Asia and yet we’re still 26p down on open. I said a few months back that this should be 80p+ judging on the open price. I honestly think if the next 2 quarters are as good, or better than Q1 this will be at least back to IPO prices minimum. Anything up to 40p is leagally stealing money imo. 50’s is an absolute bargain and 60’s is a good deal.
Just for clarification, that 8,000 sell after my 8,000 buy is definitely not me. lol

Finally succumbed to an 8,000 top up at 26.8p
The spread, although still ridiculous, was less than half it was for the last few days so MM’s must have been reading the BB.lol
Might make enough to fill up my Qasqai and MM’s get to at least half fill their Range Rover Vogues. Seems fair. Ish lol
I’ve been in since it dropped to 31p. Then sold at 35p (should’ve done at 39p) bought back in at 26 thinking it was an absolute steal and it dropped to 16p lol
I firmly believe this company is solid and will grow into something very special over the next 5 years and at some point will take off quite spectacularly, just not in a few weeks.
Just got to be patienr Guys and the rewards should be a kings ransom.

I don’t understand why MM’s want to stop trading in any particular share. Is it not their job to encourage trading to generate their income? If I invested £5,000 recently I would be roughly £700 in the red as soon as I pressed the accept button on the purchase. Who wants that? That would mean with the lack of trades and movement in the SP I could be “locked in” for quite a while, or at least until the next good RNS. I’ve said before, are the MM’s doing anything above and beyond a normal trade to justify this excessive charge? IMO, it can only be greed and that is not acceptable, which is why I refuse to buy these shares or any other with the same spread. They’re not filling up their Range Rover Vogues with my money lol

Just my opinion but it’s the spread that’s stopping investors from buying in.
Last time I saw a spread as bad as this was when a crypto mining stock took off.
They were asking for 10p+ above the SP to buy and 6p+ above SP to sell.
Just the MMs robbing PI’s in the frenzy. Pure greed.

Spot on. Some investors demand a multi bag within days of investing. If it doesn’t materialise then they start to question their belief and FUD sets in.
There are those that will hold to the end, those that will sell or buy on the dips and rises and those that panic on a dip.
At the end of the day everyone to their own and everyone has a right to express their point of view, just be wary of the rampers and derampers, wether it be negative or positive. If you don’t like what’s being posted, either negative or positive then don’t read the board. I reiterate, be wary of the rampers and derampers. One thing is sure, the next RNS is going to be explosive, which ever way it goes.

I’m not sure how the MM’s operate to be honest so I’m not saying it’s a conspiracy, just they’re ripping PI’s off with the fees they charge for processing a transaction. Or HL, not sure where the 15%ish spread for a purchase goes.
Just think its total profiteering. Don’t mind them making money, after all it’s a business but it’s bordering on legal theft. lol
