Last year we appointed a rig contractor on the 22nd March and the drill campaign kicked off on the 14th June and finished tai 1 on the 11 August, tai 2 on the 26th August. We haven’t even entered into a contract yet, as far as I know, never mind secure one. If a contract for a rig is not secured soon it could put this years campaign in doubt imo. Don’t forget, a contract is not done in a day, then you have transportation, mobilisation and construction. Again, all not done overnight. Timelines are getting squeezed every day Dave doesn’t secure a rig.
I would like to know why the BOD have left it so late this year to secure a rig? Or did the war in Ukraine which has undoubtedly caused a rush for rigs catch them out? IF we secure a rig, i can see the SP hitting 18-20p with a fall back after profit taking to 15-16p. IF we don’t, we’ll be getting a cracking top up opportunity if you can wait until next years campaign.

Do you think it would be fair for the BOD to still collect their wages until 2023 drilling season IF a fig cannot be obtained for this year? Especially as it will be paid out a fund raise.

Gonna be a lot of tit for tat in the coming months. China peeved cos they can’t support their bestest buddies, Russia, for fear of ultra sanctions so their way of getting back at the West is to withdraw investment.

It’s called “planning.” Something which Dave and you obviously knows zilch about. What’s the point in doing all the data retrieval if you can’t drill once all the data is in? They’ve known what drill they want the problem is that they’ve left it so late they’re having major problems acquiring one. As for the where, if you have a drill booked you move your drill to the appropriate place at the right time. Dave doesn’t and if he doesn’t get one what use is all your data then? TOOL

Mol, G. TOTALLY agree with you both. Rushi wants to spend on North sea until nuclear is up and running in the near term because it’s a fraction of the price of nuclear but Bozo doesn’t because of the political fallout and loss of votes. Votes before making sure people can live a decent life, only in my opinion as I know going down the political road is an argument that can go on for weeks. I’m behind Rushi because I think in this time of an acute energy shortage the North Sea is a brilliant temporary alternative. When I say temporary, I mean 10-15 years. Think of it this way, who’s the ones that’s going to be protesting and blocking roads when they can’t charge their i-phones and pads up?

Boris want’s to go down the nuclear road to providing energy and not re-opening the North Sea oil fields but Rushi has told him there is no money for projects that big. Boris has told him he doesn’t need the money right now but he has to get it for when they plan to start building. Not a deramp, just facts that were reported on BBC news at 10. Personally, I think they will have no choice but to re-open the North Sea fields in the near future.

If Dave and his sidekick Ian were going to drill this year they would have sorted a drill BEFORE all the seismic, satellite, university studies and foto’s of bubbles that Dave took on his camera were done. They keep bleating about how “sure they are” that helium is there and yet they have left it this late to get a contract on a drill? Dave only mentioned they are “committed” to drilling this year not “ARE” drilling this year which means Dave isn’t confident in securing a drill even if they are in an advanced stage of getting a contract. It should’ve been on it’s way by now. Shockingly bad management.

If you don’t get a rig very soon you aint getting one at all as it’s peak drilling season soon and everyone will be fighting over the few available. Could be a bidding war for the companies wanting rig.
Trying to work out what’s coming first, the raise or the we have/haven’t got a rig RNS. Think it all depends on the we have /haven’t got a rig.
If They can’t get a rig then raise at 8p will drop followed by we can’t get a rig RNS.
If they get a rig then that RNS will drop first followed by a raise at 10p after SP shoots to 12-14p. Dave playing a very canny game of maximising funding for next 2 years in case next drill goes breasts up. Just a case of waiting.

I was going to invest in SYME this morning until I saw what them robbing c**ts
HL are charging to sell if it ever came to it. NINE PERCENT, 9%, to sell.
I know they had a poor 2nd half results last year but robbing PI’s to make up for their short comings is a disgrace.

Seems like the SP is at an impasse while news is announced.
Will it be “we have a rig, the right rig for the job” and the SP flies like a spaceX rocket. Or will it be “unable to get any rig of any shape or form this year” in which case the SP falls faster than a parachutist without a parachute.

Don’t know id any body else was watching Prime Minister’s Question Time but a Labour MP has just asked “shouldn’t we be less reliant on over seas energy supply. We need to reinvest in our own oil fields and develop alternative sources as well.”
Could be great for Hurricane. Maybe a bit of government funding?
I was in this share in December 2020 at 2.5p. I sold at 4.3p. Been keeping an eye on it ever since. Was chuffed to bits for the long suffering share holders when CA won the court case and even more chuffed when the share price hit 12p.
I hope those that wanted to make a bit of money and get out did so.

What price you think the SP will be when Dave says “we have a drill” and he produces a DeWalt 20mm cordless SDS drill. lol lol

The company have made a mess of the agm in my opinion in the way that it has raised more questions rather than putting everyone at ease with a plan on the way forward.
Dave and Ian’s recent rampy RNS was to raise the SP so they could put a placing in. That failed miserably because there is a huge lack of trust after last year BOD’s hype that failed to deliver. They have had to go to the agm and ask share holders to put one in place “in case we need it in the future.” So who is going to invest in HE1 with that hanging over the company? Why would you invest now at 8.8p at close when a placing for 6.5p could drop in 4 weeks or 2 months or 4 months?
Add to that the do they don’t they have a drill, is it the right one, is it gonna get here in time, how much is it costing fiasco and you get nothing but a huge MESS.
The rampy rampers have all gone because even they can’t defend this sheet show. 7.5p at close tomorrow.
And no I’m not deramping to get in at a lower price, Dave and Ian are doing a mighty fine job of that on their own.

I have just cashed in another share because mega high dilution coming. Got out just in time this morning as it has dropped 11% so far today and will drop a lot further.
That’s left me with an unexpected £5,500 that I didn’t think I was gonna have,
I’ve got 817,000 shares here to be exact. Do I, oh do I, round this up to a cool mil?
Soooooo tempting but theres so many bargains out there.

I think, finally, we are on the verge of something quite tremendous and I now look forward with anticipation rather than trepidation.

Bu the time dodgy Dave and bullsheet Ian have finished, there will so many shares in circulation that even if a discovery was to materialise, the shares will be worth the same as a used cadbury flake wrapper.
I bet the big companies are salivating at the prospect of the shareholders paying for this to get all the way to production and then step in and buy it for peanuts.
You won’t see the BOD again as they’ll melt back into their 6 bedroom house back in blighty with a big pay off.

The only reason they’re in tents is because that’s the nature of remote drilling and a lack of 5* hotels near by.
Their bank balance will be 6 or 7 figures.
The only reason they are wanting to fund raise now is because they know if their next drill is the same result as the last disaster then the SP is going to seriously tank and getting funding for “round 3” will be a remote if not impossible because confidence and trust will be gone. Just like their lavish pay packets.

What did Ian say in a recent RNS?
Something along the lines of “great for the SP to progress near to medium term”
