Been waiting for this so long I’d almost forgotten I had these shares, and certainly I’d given up on them!
Market seems to be taking it quite well...
Can buy for under 1.35p. Remarkable!
Hopefully it will attract a bit more interest. Been quiet as the grave round here recently.
What's going on here? Is there a rumour? Is someone orchestrating a P&d?
Well, this has made a mighty leap today!
Nothing to do with all CC's much trumpeted deals failing to materialise, then?
Not sure anyone will notice, mind. But looking good here.
Very solid. This looks like turning into a very sound investment.
I note it talks about "recapitalising the company" which we all know (don't we?) means diluting existing shareholders to oblivion. Not worth going for even if they have squandered everything.
Will it disappear when TEA is delisted? Important things have been said here, besides the opportunity it provides for discussion/contact. Would be a shame to lose it.
Nevertheless, ramping the shares a few days before they were "unexpectedly" suspended can't really be put down to negligence. I'd be surprised if everything turned out to be "perfectly legitimate"; but the priority of the new board must be to have the previous directors thoroughly investigated, including by the police. If their behaviour is, as you suggest, "fraudulent" then police investigation will reveal it. Fraud is not legal in this country, and even if chancers like JD often do get away with it, that doesn't mean he will get away with it this time. He didn't reckon on a shareholder revolt!
Not to getting any money back, I fear that won't happen, but the evidence of bona fine criminality against these swindlers is so damning that even the Farcical Conduct Authority can't ignore it, so I'm looking forward to serious action. Perhaps it will go some way to cleaning up other parts of AIM too. One can but dream.
All the more reason to depose the bod. The new directors will have access to all the accounts and will be able to pursue the old board for malfeasance. Though no doubt the shredders will have been working overtime beforehand.
Does anyone believe this mystery investor actually exists? More to the point, even if this mystery investor does exist why would it be of any benefit to current shareholders given that TEA is about to be delisted. Who in their right minds wants to hold shares in an unlisted company? Finally, if everything this bOD said was true AND at some stage the company relisted under a new prospectus, how much of it would the original shareholders own, and who would want to invest in it again? There's no good outcome to this fiasco, but there is a least bad outcome, which is the company being wound up and the bOD having their collars felt.
Drummond and his miserable cohorts are determined to spin this out as long as possible, presumably to ensure that there's no money left when the company is forcibly wound up. Crooks. Apparently booting out the board is "not in the interests of the company". Have they ever done anything in the interests of the company? I hope they are all disqualified.
Can they get any lower? Well, hopefully they'll end up in the 8th circle of Hell, which Dante reserved for fraudsters.
Piece by TW. "Mystery investor" threatened to pull out if the EGM went ahead. Bluff called. This company is a fraud that has stolen investors money by failing to abide by the terms of its own prospectus. It's literal theft, isn't it? Hope they end up in jail. Good luck to the action group in salvaging something. Though Drumond is apparently very rich and could afford to compensate investors out of his back pocket if he had a shred of decency.
