In fact I'm going off memory here but the guy mentions in the note the order of the roadshow something like US, EAME then ASIAPAC.

EAME being Europe and the Middle East (so Norway and Quater covered :-).

I caught sight of a tweet last week which doesn't come directly in any searches (although it can be found) which quotes a note from JPM stating the price will be announced week beginning the third August.

I agree Dadean, if you look at the biggest companies in the world at least three of them have used debt to grow into positions of dominance. Certainly Alphabet and Amazon, its just the way it is these days.
