But in all serious now, when it's hard to gauge fundamentals as is the case with Sirius until the bonds are over the line TA seems to have some sort of relevance in that it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. A lot of it is witchcraft to me but there's a chartist on twitter who sometimes covers sirius who's been uncannily accurate lately. Lakshmi_888 she sees it going in another direction.

I've always respected the TA boys and girls. Some call them weekend warriors but not me. As for Chad my respect extends to all of africa, take care buddy

Had a cheeky Google myself and found a grauniad article about sirius which mentions Rio but in hindsight it's probably referring to the sylvite deposit.

It would make a good fit for one of the big miners, especially those getting rid of coal assets and looking for replacement revenues.

I'd rule out bhp as they have enough on their plate with the jansen mine.

I'm pretty sure the prospectus says nobody was interested in a takeover though or maybe it was being a partner in the mine.

Maybe somebody else can verify this I think Rio Tinto might have actually had the rights at one point but the mine wasn't feasible given the depth.

Going to throw it out there that he might sometimes take advice from Russell Scrimshaw, and others what do you think?

People have been asking about drivers for growth of the share price, I think any such announcement will focus peoples minds, a bit like the deadline for our Schrodingers stage 2 funding. announcement did.

Like you I suspect we won't be waiting till September, I'm no bond expert but I keep an eye on the general conditions of the market, as long as conditions stay the same I'm comfortable with the risk, but accept there is a risk.

Could there be cross contamination with jupiter though? I don't know if the fund investing in sirius is open or closed, but if open and taking a hit on redemptions, Sirius could be the casualty.

Whilst there's a lot of sense in what you say sippn00b I personally won't be dipping out then back in. Simple reason being I think the high yield bonds might be sold sooner rather than later and it would be difficult for me personally to time.

Given the amount of info given to us the only thing I've missed is the conference call that follows the update, you always seem to get an extra bit of flesh on the bone and can pick up some nuances, however between the prospectus and the upcoming agm more than enough to digest at the moment
