I'm having a cheeky post whilst at work but if I seem to remember the numbers for that being covered in the transcript for the Jan RNS. I'll hunt it down if nobody else does but it was something like 10 institutions and averaging $150 million.

Casa might even have it in his notes ;-)

I think their conclusion has a major flaw, as soon as the extra shares are there the company would be worth more.

Regarding the bonds CF said he was 'very confident' regarding them, now I guess he's not exactly flavour of the month, but remember when we were all debating about what he meant by 'pretty confident' regarding stage two?

If his confidence gauge is standardised then it's no worries.

Could somebody please double check this, unless I've misread it looks like capital are buying back in.

Whether or not the poster is correct, I think it's fair to say there's a cloud around the PI's at the moment, you're going to see statements from people who've plain given up.

I'd say the posts reflect the mood, and so are sometimes misinterpreted as trying to manipulate the market.

Share price down, and all of a sudden you have a load of negative posts it's because of the reasons you stated (Rich) and those that predicted a drop emboldened by their success ready to make more predictions.

Works the same on the way up.

That's a shame, I'm sure he'll be back in one form or another, probably just on 'gardening' leave from the forum to clear his head.

Is CF normally this forthcoming about funding plans? I've been around 18 months and this seems like the most explicit he's been about finance.

Worth remembering that after the raise the market cap will not be 800m, as there'll be the extra shares (unless I'm missing something).

I'm a bit lost as to the total number of shares John2015 as the convertible bonds is clouding the issue for me, no doubt by the time my reply has been posted somebody will be close to cracking the figures and going over the RNS far better than I ever could. Also in my original post i made a mistake I assumed 10% would be offered to the PI this does not seem to be the case.

It seems a little shi77y to me to do this to the majority of your shareholders, however I do wonder if this was a sweetener to get the rest of the money.

JPM themselves in one of the FT articles said whoever was providing the money would want a significant chunk of the company - or words the that effect, I'd love to search for it but I have to clock into work this very minute.

Being greedy is indeed human nature, don't bet against a few people in a major financial institution wanting to secure their bonuses by getting a deal over the line.

Hope everybody had a fun day today, great news over the RNS, personally I'm not too worried about capital group, sounds like they could be swerving away from a few UK stocks, might be part of a wider strategy to dodge the UK. Shame it's keeping the price low ... But you can always take advantage of it (I dipped into my dilution fund for a cheeky top up)

Cherokee I remember an ft article mentioning 'leasing' as part of the contingency raise, I have no idea just what that means, possibly a way of reducing costs?

I'd only expect that to make a small impact though, I think you're right it's dilution in one form or another
