The company like any other company would no doubt like some higher quality counter parties, partly I guess for reasons you have stated, which I did actually find interesting.

Pretty sure that's true of all companies.

Were we possibly disagree is on the fact you feel the company "needs" it to secure the stage 2 funding, time and time again CF has gone out of his way to state this is not the case.

It all comes down to whether or not people trust CF.

The word "need" isn't used at all why is that in quotes?

They seem to have regurgitated an unsubstantiated times article as though it's fact. Shows how rumours can start.

As far as I could make out, they only want to raise the contingency after the stage 2 letters are in. I expect because the increased certainty at that point would mean a higher share price and less dilution.

What are the chances of the company getting an overdraft for a couple of months or a short term emergency loan if there's further delays?

If you think fraud is occurring it's your duty to report it. Name names, I'm sure lse are sophisticated enough to act on any legitimate concerns

When talking about the progress on Stage 2, i can quote directly from the minutes when i say CF said

" but .. We're in a good place in terms of the progress there."

Like many on here I found myself slightly frustrated by the lack of specifics regarding a timeline, but do take some crumbs of comfort from that.
