Copper too far away was a reference to needing equipment to move the copper to the plant rather than using the exist heaps to fund further work.
As for patience, I'm patient and happy, I have been in this company for 4 years so no problems there.

In the US a number of shareholders took on Tesco for losses after the accounting scandal "fraud" and I think got a very large payout $12mil, US courts love awarding big damages, don't discount arbitration, just it could be another year away before some resolution.

Best ignore it for the short term imo.

It will bounce back, we are months off selling copper even when we get the funding.

There's an automatic share agreement in place if we cant pay, but don't forget Alan did say NAE have stated they could be flexible.....

Don't forget that although copper has dropped so has oil, which makes recovery cheaper
