@ fira He made a point that just cos they win arbitration he wont count as a win until its in the bank and reference to them being able to pay, so legal would have no different outcome.

I do think a lot of it is peoples expectation, I am quite relaxed and patient, I wanted more but truth is we now know where we are and people can make their own decisions -informed ones.

If this had been a running successful operation we would have paid well in excess of 5x what we did, and we can hope for news on the front JP is good at, structuring a partnership/upfront off take agreement.

My last point is JP cannot still buy in...

I actually really liked the interview, honest, clear about way forward. he details why he cant buy - that can in my mind only be a good thing.

I would have preferred a copper sale RNS, but even I was being naïve - its clear things take longer than we hope.

I do see it as positive, they now know what the cause of the low copper recovery was (fines clogging the heaps) and how to fix.
I don't see the required $US1.7mil as too much to get MoL going, does anyone know if that's total or more required?

So fines were the problem by the sounds of it, simple screening of the material will remove them and they presto copper...

toze learn about aim as any investments have risk. I cant offset my losses as almost all mine are in an ISA. So before you comment think about what you say cos the last few post from you show you weak understanding of shares/aim.
I am hugely down, way more than you might think if your worried about people that have lost £kk's, but that's how it goes.

I suppose it's what you think of as vast from the original comment I was replying to, I was meaning it related to people that have over 1-2%. I was giving my opinion that those usually have a diverse portfolio and can offset their losses against tax on other shares profits.

Please dont think I was referring to your upsetting loss or other board users here as I was not, and I never claimed to speak for anyone else, just offering an opinion on what I class as "vast"

So by my reckoning we could in theory not get anything until next year, as the news that did come in Nov was a redmoor update and then odd updates that arnt now relevant....
