I accept that positions change, but no one pays $750k upfront if they done have money, lawyers would not have drafted a letter of intent without being in a position to be able to pay $4mil, the BoD would not have thought it was coming if they were not capable of paying. So arbitration is still good.

its very clear with the rebates from both Aus tax and HMRC that the team know how to maximise rebates and keep overheads low.

Also I would suggest in DV figures that its increasingly unlikely that Cobre in its current state can contribute much, if anything further to the purchase of Redmoor due to the increased overheads at LC even if there is not much happening

it got renegotiated since then prop, the royalties stayed the same but the cash parts changes as per 25th July RNS.

I reckon if nothing changes SML will owe a$1mil ish = to about 100mil shares if nothing changes by 26th June 2020, but there is likely to be something down the line by then.

So its all gotta be paid by 26th June under current agreement, any outstanding in shares at 90% of value. JP did state NAE have expressed possible flexibility.
I think for the time being we can ignore Redmoor and its payments and hope for a good outcome on the arbitration, a new customer at Cobre or a good finance deal at LC.

@trout. YES, some people just like to moan and some have agendas, they would just find something else to moan about.

To be fair ignoring the cost of import it's also better for the environment to take local products and that big companies love to shout about lowering their carbon footprint.

They're not a small outfit which bodes well, funny as I can recall JP stating they want to produce more than the current offtake agreement.
