Yes Uddin, I've DYOR'ed... it goes without saying if I'm thinking of investing 100k. I've gone through their Accounts and sat through 1 hour and fifteen minutes of their H1 2017 Presentation. Yes its a low margin business but they're not (correct me if I'm wrong) a Construction outfit with all the risks that go with it. Their asset sale will bring in 800 million... their debt repayments (2018 bond maturities and 2018 loan repayments) are manageable. This one may have been oversold on the remarks of the Barclays Analyst and the unwillingness of the interim CEO to commit to maintaining next year's dividend.

Your 15.34 and 16.07... well said. Only one point I'd take slight issue with... that 10 million marketing spend. I don't believe this will get the returns. Their target market - by definition - is strictly defined and already Brand aware.

Could you please let me have the link to your 3.9% figure? Am thinking seriously of Investing a large chunk tomorrow... the 8.3% that I saw figure made me think again.

Bought in on Friday - 85k shares @116.30. I like the covered (7.35%) dividend, management's commitment to it, low P/E, lack of sp premium to NAV, manageable debt and double digit ROE and Margins. Doesn't matter if it falls in the short term, I see this at least 25% higher in the not too distant future.
