I doubt whether the assumption in that article that the price fell cos of investors reservations re long term success is correct. Rather I suspect there were quite a few like me. 2 or three weeks ago I went in at 2.50 with the biggest t20 I could get. After the RNS I sold enough to pay my debt leaving 10 Thousand Pounds worth of shares left as a free carry (so I'm now a long term holder here). Time will tell but I think buys will now regularly exceed sells.

Creature Relion was a loss making entity whos balance sheet was getting progressively worse year on year and may not have survived much longer on its own. The sale price was enough to pay its debt, They (like us) were dependent on the whim of large customers who could often not be relied on to make capital expenditure when expected. As far as I can see the difference is in the future prospects and our disruptive technology. all imo

So a third party(albeit connected) entity was in the position a couple of years ago that if it lost a legal battle and could not fund the resultant settlement any other way it may have to sell its acta shares. Not a secret Most of us knew Nothing to fret about in the grand scheme of things.

Be philosophical if one doesnt proceed for whatever corporate reason (and dont forget that just because the trial is good doesnt mean to say the order comes there and then. It may still have to be verified by this and that committee rubber stamped etc before it sees the light of day. 2. Ideally as well acta may hopefully find themselves in a position to pick and choose orders sensibly the more their potential base expands

We didn't hear about the start of the first testing after we had had announcement of the original proposed date. I would not be at all surprised if we heard nothing further from USOP until the flows are announced.

Soops I've been thinking. 1. Why did BM downplay the top zones which altho they brought oil to the surface and have been so productive in Railroad may not even have been tested yet and may not be in the workover either. This in the context of an interview the whole raison d'etre of which was meant to be encouraging shareholders. 2.Is it because they have already decided that the better (in IPDS terms) Eblana 2 will be the one to exploit the top zones? I am no expert in IPDS but my understanding is that its forte may be in predicting the topmost oil columns more than what is a great deal lower? 3 One thing is for sure . Whether these top zones are further tested immediately or not they won't be ignored for CPR purposes. 4.Re the 26 "tight" zones when you think about it in the whole scheme of things isn't there likely to have been just as much loss in terms of project momentum than benefit in spending months to optimise these? Wood for the trees ?
