From the look of all their Bios they are busy peeps with their own specialities. White seems more health foods and real estate/ leisure. Current CEO more of a money man so that made sense for him to step up. As for the new director, mergers, buy outs ???? who knows but we know they are looking at many ops in the near term. Nah they were just cutting their losses when the share became liquid. We knew it was happening, the shares had to come from somewhere and if they hadn't been then sp would have sky rocketed

I think the announcement pending mentioned in the rns from the FCA was made in the second rns were IERE stated they had requested a suspension and it was unlikely there would be any value left. Think they were pushed into suspension by FCA. Whether they have been trading since the irst rns stating the same thing to let big holders out or not, dunno, whether the extensions are to let them complete a sale of entire p/f at a price that covers all debt and that deal was being signed late Friday dunno. Guess we will find out but like most I have written of my squids.

Don't know, they would have been invested at a level so much higher than this it would be insignificant, however I do think someone as pointed out that with the amount of speculation that as been going on that if the company didn't do something sharpish then the FCA would be investigating. I would guess that it will remain in suspenders until all assets are sold, or enough to cover debt and then it will either slip off the face of the world or re-commence trading, probably the former.
