It will be down to the people that have claim to the $10m deciding if they want to take that money or allow it to be used moving forward for a further battle. As some have pointed out, no doubt a 'win' would have led to the Uzzies taking the same action.
The points that lead me to think it is a massive con, like a few horses heads have been turning up in various French bedrooms, is the lack of compensation for assets, the admission that one gold field was seized by 'special decree' and the fact we have been deemed soley liable despite being in a 50/50 partnership. I have been in oxs for only 12 months and kicked myself for not bailing when my 'investment doubled in value last March time, didn't bail or slice again in November, bloody stupid. My biggest worry as always been that the case as been in the hands of three individuals who wander around at will, all with families etc, with so much cash at stake it is not hard to believe in bribery, corruption and threats, hopefully this will be taken to an open court.
