Started a group page on FB 'oxs gold' for anyone who wants to continue the discussion after de-listing and the loss of this BB.

Why would the shares get cancelled? Even if oxs de-lists from AIM then we will still be shareholders. Even if oxs goes to the wall and disappears off the face of the planet we will still have shares in it. When / if we win an appeal and the company as been delisted they will still have a shareholder register to send the cheque to in the form of a special divi.

I am saying that for oxs to carry on and trade the nav would be obliterated by dilution and in the event of an appeal win then it cou;d possibly still be a loss for lth. I am also saying that even if there is only £1m left after all costs I would prefer it to be distruibuted to the number of shareholders now than when there are another billion shares in circulation. Even if oxs delists we are still shareholders, this way running costs going into and through n appeal will be minimal,.

Everyone muttering doom and gloom mate. Best thing that could have happened imho. Lets say rs had announced an appeal through french courts he would have had to unsuspend the share. So the share is trading, but everyone now knows result wont be for months so everyone sells and sp tanks to fractions of a penny, agreed? Right in the meantime oxs still have to pay for nomad, listing, running a company etc, so Darwin are still having to be used and the cln's at £100k a month are now resulting in the issuance of billions of shares. So by the time if we do win an appeal the nav is sub 1p even on a massive payout. Not too bad if you sold and bought back but if you missed the sell off (if indeed the mm's didnt open sub 1p) then anyone holding grom 3p would still be out of pocket on a win. The fact that rab would be the first to dump means pis stuffed on relisting in anycase. No i think rs is being canny and avoiding dilution whilst rolling the dice with the 10mil. Tbh suspension was always on the cards uzzies were never going to pay up with a win nor will they on appeal. Money is tied up now for long game but not nesacarily all lost.

It will be down to the people that have claim to the $10m deciding if they want to take that money or allow it to be used moving forward for a further battle. As some have pointed out, no doubt a 'win' would have led to the Uzzies taking the same action. The points that lead me to think it is a massive con, like a few horses heads have been turning up in various French bedrooms, is the lack of compensation for assets, the admission that one gold field was seized by 'special decree' and the fact we have been deemed soley liable despite being in a 50/50 partnership. I have been in oxs for only 12 months and kicked myself for not bailing when my 'investment doubled in value last March time, didn't bail or slice again in November, bloody stupid. My biggest worry as always been that the case as been in the hands of three individuals who wander around at will, all with families etc, with so much cash at stake it is not hard to believe in bribery, corruption and threats, hopefully this will be taken to an open court.

Wtf? How is rs a liar? VNF, well 3 months imo is vnf after 5 years so that statement was proved true. As for him being very confident, as he sold his holding? Which i wager is much higher than yours!

That the amount of time as been taken as one aguemenr would have been we didnt invest enough to meet license conditions, whilst the counter argument will have been the reason for not meeting them was the illeagal and punative taxes. Unfortunately they have decided the two are mutually exclusive and one cant be held accountable for the other. As petty as said a company wouldnt fight for 10m so no loss to uzzies either way. Had we sucked up the tax and continued to pour cash in we would have lived to fight the tax battle possably. The fact that 50% of the non investment comes from the state though is a bit of a kick in the nuts by 2 of the arb panel, guess we will never know the true story as we wont see all the case. A bit like judge judy lol

sweet fa mate, The litigation funders will absorb the $10m and the assets on the ground (machinary etc) will have rotted away and will be inaccessable. Darwin will no doubt cancel the rest of the cln's so we will have no funds to continue. At least RS was proved to be right with the Very Near Future comment and it was not just a means to an end. OK so I have lost £5k or thereabouts and it was a lge proportion of my pf and will mean I leave the aim casino while I can, but RS as lost a lot more including several years of his life pursuing this. I guess we will all have our thoughts as to how the Uzies managed to get this decision, I can only take solstice in the fact that they have Miss Lamms legal bill to pay themselves.

With cam on this one might have a mild spike on monday but doubt it will be massive. Could easily retrace back a bit to 3.25p for that matter. However imo it is a safe place to stash cash whilst markets are crap and to wait for investments to pay off.
