If you are referring to Charles testing, the RNS stated that they would report on flow rates and assay results together. So waiting for the lab to process samples is my guess. It has been quiet but I think the change in comms is due to what happened with Amsden, which was all flow and not enough gas.

Would think we get news next week.

If the acidisation has not worked then I think we would know by now? It’s easy to report a well that doesn’t flow.

We don't have flow and assay results for the new Bluestar wells yet.

In Africa - we don't have a development plan and we don't have a resources update.

Without those things there is plenty of uncertainty to keep the SP where it is. Speculative value just isn't such a big factor for AIM companies anymore. Needs actual production. I do believe they will achieve it.

Chesh, the reserve size is not infinite. Even if it is producing new helium right now there is no possibility that it can do this at a rate that would sustain the field forever if they have 20-30 production wells. It is unique and needs unique modelling to show what the overall economic potential is. It could be massive but needs to be declared in an RNS for the market to see it as value add to the current market cap.

Reserve size + the development plan + funding = what is needed now. In an ideal world we will get an RNS with all of these things at the same time as HE1 accepting the mining license 'offer'. There must be some financial basis for awarding the mining license so to me this will unlock that process and HE1 will now be very active locking all of this together.

Exciting times to be a shareholder but we need all of those elements of news to get this to where we want it to be.

If you have been buying HE1 shares over the last 6 months you could have made a quick 20-30% profit this morning. of course some are going to sell either all or some of a position in these circumstances.

It's better not to try to figure out what others are motivated by IMHO. There will be selling on any share that rises dramatically like today. There is plenty of buying too.

Whatever the contents of the offer are, HE1 has no choice but to RNS that it has happened. It's completely normal for them to review it and to say that they are reviewing it.

Cleary there is much still to know. Resource size - absolutely key, development plan. etc. But it's a great position now.

Haven't posted for ages because this step and progress on the Bluster venture was needed but feels like a new spring for HE1.

If the work in Charles did indeed start on 25th Feb as JH indicated. Then they should certainly know if Charles is flowing by now?

Thanks. To me it was not clear that actual works has commenced at Charles and I wasn't sure if they would RNS to state that. So it's very useful to know that you have heard from the horses mouth that the work is underway.

JH. That might be true in the short term but production will fix that. So a free hit for me unless I need to take my investment out now. I don't intend to.

I think that Charles is important and if HEX can show they can add more productive resources alongside Rudyard it will be a very significant boost and announces the BOD as a very astute team.

Having said that, I feel they are underplaying Charles a bit. I don't know what is going on. Are they doing the acid work right now? Is the crewe on site? I know they have rigged up but are the tankers on site or still to arrive. So we have no clear idea if the 10 days has started or not. This makes the immediate term SP fidgety.

Still it feels like a free hit for Charles. If it doesn't come off then we will get a hit on the SP but all will be good when they start the Rudyard production operations.

I think until we have actual production and revenue the stock is acting like any other AIM speculative investment and that punters are more focussed on short term events - like the Charles testing happening right now - than medium term values. This makes this a fantastic opportunity if you don't need your money until later in the year.

I expect that if we get an RNS saying that acid stimulation for Charles has worked and they have moved to flow testing - then the SP is going to react positively. It will then fall back again when the results are issued - probably EVEN IF THEY ARE GOOD. That's AIM for you.

However - as LordWM suggests. Re rate likely once we have production .......

You need good concentration and good flow and a good reserve for it to be commercial. So a high % concentration isn’t commercial with a poor flow. After all, it’s all about how much actual helium you can get out of the well.

Amsden was considered not commercial on its own but could add c. 1m dollars a year alongside Charles and or the flathead if one or both are production zones.

RNS said they need 10 days from commencement to complete the acidulation and flow testing. So all good if they start before 5th March.

Worth noting what is involved from a mobilisation perspective. They will need the crewe and I think several tankers containing acid and other fluids. If I recall you need to clean out the well before acid is pumped into the system and I think there is cleaning up afterwards. I did once see a video but it was only helpful because it showed three tankers on site. It's about fluids and sequencing of those fluids to do the science bit. It isnt a long process.

So the mobilisation requires the crewe and tankers to drive to the site. Weather has been terrible but now OK. So should be this week, The main highway seems to be accessible.

The placing shares are also allowing accumulation at bargain prices. Waiting is tough but the sudden increase earlier this week shows you what can happen very quickly here. I don't think the volume was particularly high either. The spread continues to be very low too.

Nobody should be engaging with bagzzzz. Report and filter. It’s not an argument you can win. It is only here to wind you up!

Is it just me or does the plant look a bit like the USCSS Nostromo from Alien?
