What is actually happening at the meetings tomorrow?

From the RNS:

'A notice convening each of the Meetings, together with an explanatory circular setting out further details of the resolutions to be proposed, has been posted to all registered holders of Instrument A and Instrument B shortly.

Copies of the notices and the explanatory circular will also be made available on the Company's website at https://www.sealandcapitalgalaxy.com/investors'

I note that they have not published the resolutions online as yet. However if you are a warrant holder you may by now have received details in the post.

Having said these things, this will probably be 5p tomorrow. JP will have exploded and covered the whole world with fluff. It will still be NT to buy.

A feeling is all then. I have never seen a message board with less context than this one. I just cannot see an investment case. and yet I have had a small punt because the volatility alone suggests i might make something from it.

There are these warrant meetingstomorrow but god knows why or whether that's a good or bad thing. It's an information free zone on here unless you want to hear about how it's NT to buy every 5 mins (it isnt).

Do we know how much deeper the Flathead is at Linda.

Based on previous drilling we can expect an update very soon. Darwin 1 was about 2 weeks to target depth. Of course for Linda they will also be extending the well into the Cambrian Flathead and Precambrian strata so that suggests spending a bit longer on the drilling side but will they do that before or after flow testing the initial target hasn't been stated. But my guess is Linda update imminent and then coup[le of weeks for test results.

If you consider the volume of trading over the last week, with lot's of strong buying pushing the SP up, there is plenty of room to accommodate todays selling and the profit made from those sells. IMHO it's all healthy, there will always be traders and those wanting to realise profit. I thought about selling some myself when we were approaching 17p so seems reasonable to assume others have done so. Linda results are soon but not immediate so there is still time for trading this one before we get to that in the next couple of weeks.

TL2482 - we have lots of frequent interviews. There is no conspiracy or orchestration to manipulate the SP. We rarely go 2 weeks without news and engagement from the BOD.

Well TL2482. If that is the case we will receive an RNS with the director deals. I doubt that. Today's market movement just looks like traders trading profits after some solid days of SP growth.

My understanding is that these schemes are attractive because at 5 years you can sell them without paying income tax and NI. Selling them immediately isnt worth it as the invested amount is taxed at the recipient marginal rate, so they might vest but you hold them until you can sell them without tax (you still have to pay capital gains after 5 years). I might be wrong but that's how schemes that I have been involved with have worked.

Ezhik. That's it - waffle and fluff - it was nice to make a quick profit although I was hiding behind the sofa a bit. Small trade and made 40%. Nice. But then genuinely wondering what the investment case is and if it's something I should stay longer on. I rarely trade but the sun came out yesterday and I was filled with optimism.

What's the investment case here? I have looked at the company website and the RNS's and can't quite put my finger on it. The SP has been massively volatile - why?

Is there something unique about this company that makes it something that is likely to make the profits required to justify a higher market cap.

These are genuine questions. I did a trade on this in the last 24hrs and made a few quid but now I'm wondering what is next? It reminds me a bit of Argo Blockchain which also had its day in the stars.

I don't think all of the news is priced in. In the current market - risk needs validation, so the SP is unlikely to increase without further validation and that means production proven out even though some might say it has already been proven out. So a couple of years ago one production well proven via flow test would have seen the SP bag, nowadays it will take more.

I topped up last week. Should have waited until today! Timing and all that. Still bargain prices iMHO.

I don't see IPO or placing investors just selling off the shares. I see shares changing hands. Positions being prepared. The book is carefully managed to keep the SP in a tight trading range. If it was a sellers market then HEX SP would be much lower.

Wait and see. Lot's of news coming. Some are potential SP catalysts and some slam dunks around production. If they have 3 wells producing helium by late summer / early autumn then the production value will look after the SP. Maybe the market is cautious enough to want to see a second production well proven out? We will no in the next 3-6 weeks.
