We need to see for Rukwa:

- Feasibility study - HE1 said at AGM in December that they would release the Feasibility study once the Mining License is approved - it is NDA until then.

- New resource study. What is the size of the resource that can be exploited.

- Development Plan. How do they het to production, how, how much, what partners etc etc.

With these things the SP can move. Without them.... the Colorado effort is good as it provides a resource feed for HE1 but it is small and nowhere near covers the current market cap.

Actually to be fair to the current BOD. There is a clear step change in performance compared to when the previous CEO was messing about with a handful of oil wells, desperately trying to stimulate more flow and getting nowhere.

Since then there is clear ambition and direction - and drilling of actual wells!!

So to me it isnt the same company. But like any exploration company they need a bit of luck too.

They seem to like to RNS a bit later at MSMN. Still expect it in the next hour or so.

Potential buyer will want exclusivity?

RNS: ‘ The Billy Goat AMI lease area first well was drilled to circa 720 feet TD and casing set on 16 May 2025. Further well information will not be released until after these discussions have been finalised.’

This means further info is now commercially sensitive and therefore they can decide not to release it because it could jeopardise the discussions.

Bodes well if you ask me.

It will be to do with the fund raise. Always get these big trades during a fund raise. mm's don't hold that volume of shares, too risky, so it's likely a placee selling off a chunk for a 0.002 profit. Probably off exchange and reported later in the day. Somebody bought them.

... and todays RNS says they won't be releasing any further details about the Billy Goat well until the discussions on the offer have completed.

I reckon 'commercial sensitivity' is the only reason they can have to not RNS the wireline data at TD that stacks up for the regulator.

From Recent RNS announcing MSMN taking on full cost of drill and 90% working interest. It says MSMN can take over as operator. It also says Vecta can buy back in for 4x the drill costs (so that would be $800k). RNS content:

- Vecta has elected to accept Mosman's offer to fund 100% of this well, allowing Mosman to farm in to 90% of the Billy Goat AMI lease area

- Vecta will continue to operate at no cost to Mosman in return for 10% carried interest

- Mosman has the right to take over operatorship

- Vecta has a right to buy back in for four times the drilling costs

- Mosman does not have to make any payment until July 2025

There may be more detailed terms on this that we can't see? If MSMN are prepared to RNS that a third party is interested in taking on Billy Goar it must surely be favourable to MSMN.

What is an MM analyst?

The placing price acts like an anchor on the SP. It can move but any move up is restricted by the weight of that placing price. For days and maybe weeks.

This is always the case with a placing, with very few exceptions. Only a confirmed cash deal for Billy goat that moves the market cap or good flow and composition results at Billy Goat can provide momentum IMO.

Today's RNS says they are not going to provide more detail about Billy Goat whilst discussions about the possible sale of Billy Goat are ongoing.

I promise I will stop mentioning it but it is relevant. HEX have mentioned expansion through acquisition before. A lot is being made of the MSMN RNS today but it may not be that big a deal cash wise. I don't think it's HEX but they are one of the handful of possible options at this stage IMHO.

It's also relevant because there is a lot of activity in the region for helium exploration and production. It all makes the market more interesting - especially on the off taker side. Also on mergers and acquisitions. I don't see there being as many helium companies in the region in a few years time and some of the smaller players could be subject to lucrative deals as a part of that. It's all relevant IMHO.

We should get RNS today - confirming completion of the retail fund raise.

When we will now get news on Billy Goat is anyones guess - if it's wrapped into commercial discussions with a third party. Having said that - any firm offer has to be announced.

Yes it would be a long pipe. But they don't have to use that PSA plant either.

Admittedly its a long shot and there are ore likely takers for the MSN prospect at Billy Goat but don't think we can rule HEX out.

But yes it will be Desert Eagle. :-)

Fantastic news that the application is approved. What has real potential to drive the SP upwards is the updated view on the reserves and a funded plan for production. Hopefully these follow soon after.

I think it's possible and would align to HEX stragegy. I agree that $500km is not enough to rule HEX out. It just a few hours drive.

I think this is entirely possible. Forward selling yesterday ( I will now get shot for suggesting that)? If HE1 was to buy another prospect they would need to raise to do it. Although MSMN says discussions are taking place so it isnt clear yet that it will happen.

Others saying its Dessert Eagle which may be more realistic as a big fish little fish arrangement.

My note below should have said:

HEX - not as local but they do say they want to explore buying other projects? 'HE1' would need to raise I think but that's exactly what they did when the bought 50% of the current Bluestar project. So they could be quite nimble?
