Looks to me like Peel Hunt bought a bunch of shares for a client and then the client asked them to sell half at a profit. Doesnt sound like a reason for me to think that Peel Hunt are now selling the other half. They had a client who wanted to take profit and that's it. Selling half is hardly an unusual strategy.

Peel Hunt are an Investment Bank and also have a Market Maker team. Like many financial institutions they operate a number of services. In the context of the TR1 and holdings this is almost certainly related to investments held on behalf of clients rather than shares held by an MM. MM's practically never accumulate shares as it is just too risky compared to making money on the spread.

In any case - too much being made of it. Why shouldn't Peel Hunt reduce a holding. Probably made a handsome profit for a client.

Why would they issue a TR1 if they are still selling shares. You don't have to issue a TR1 until after you stop making material changes to your holdings. So IMO they likely settled at the level they hold today - for now.

Nothing to do with forward selling or anything else for that matter.

You wouldnt normally issue a TR1 until you had finished making material changes to your position. So IMO Peel issued this once they had finished selling for now. They don't want completely out but did want to take some profit.

There's no evidence of any pattern to the sells today. All light volume PI trades. Expected on the swings. I think it looks well set up for an increase into July and news of production restarting.

I think the longest we have ever had to wait for news from HEX is 2 weeks. There is so much going on that I would not be surprised to see a new tweet, interview,RNS tomorrow or even later today. This is the most progressively active AIM company I have ever seen.

A bit of a fall off for the SP is just normal as traders move away following an RNS. When AIM companies provide some certainty about dates there is often a contrary impact on the SP. Traders might want to take profit now, feeling that they can take the funds elsewhere before anything changes here. Not for me on this occasion - the trajectory for HEX is now too certain for me to want to sit it out.

I don't want them anywhere near BTC. No need to complicate the operating model when the upsides to profit are so certain. Listen to last weeks interview with Bo - he i basically saying that with the Helium being proven there is no way they can fail to make profits. The hardest part is already done.

I reckon re calculation of helium reserves at Rudyard is likely the next big catalyst for the SP. July. So much good stuff. This will be a noisy place.

I have a feeling my filter bin will be enjoying chomping on some choice idiots today.

I'm wondering if HEX receive any offers to buyout the Rudyard asset. It makes sense at this stage. It's more than proven once they complete the current production well and announce an update on the size of the reserves. Just a thought.

That £87k trade might be mis printed. It showed at 10:40 on the Google Finance intraday chart as .25p but since corrected to 25.78. It was late reported from 8:39 so likely a buy and the reason for todays early upward momentum.

We should be getting news about production soon. Plant installment and connecting up the first wells. It's going to get exciting very fast when that news drops.

I think if you know that you have more data from drilling coming within weeks, you would wait for that before announcing a resource update.

The size of individual buy trades has significantly increased over the last week or so. Very positive. Ask is very strong. Quite a bit further to go IMO.

I think that is very likely. Bo said it will take about 2 weeks after Weil results to update the reserves but if you have a mother drill within that 2 weeks it makes sense to include it. But with this outfit they like to surprise so who knows!

Don’t think there was a leak as such. Fundraiser forward sold a chunk of shares. Obvs the investor involved in the fundraise knows.

Yesterday I was looking at the selling and thinking, this looks like forward selling of a placing. I didn’t want to post anything as I would have been shot and anyway, I didn’t really believe it. Bit disappointed TBH.

However it’s a stonking RNS. The future is so bright here, grow, grow, grow. No doubt we will be back above recent year highs very soon. What I love is the immediate move to the next drill. The fundraiser is getting spent immediately to expand production. Great. Expect we will also get a reserves update within weeks.

Just feeling a bit sore with that dilution. Tis but a flesh wound.
