MAKO production not expected until 2027. That basically explains all of it, surely. If you want to invest long term in something that's going to grow in value then yes this is somewhere to plant some seeds but expect some bumps along the way.

I commented previously on the lack of information from EME. I had to research Conrad Asia to understand what was going on. This has the potential to be a real success on the back of MAKO but not for the impatient and don't expect EME to male any noise.

Thanks all. Today's RNS says they are sending the cores specifically referred to in the RNS. I guess it could be like 3 to 12 weeks. Not sure if WSBN are expediting the turnaround (can that be done by paying more to the lab) or just getting a wiggle on in sending the cores to the lab.

Good news in any case. Obviously timing of these assay results being released is key to the market reaction.

After the previous EGM. RNS was released at 10:24am.

Correctamundo!. And…… as an assumption it cannot be relied upon. So counting buys v sells is a fairly pointless exercise considering the SP tells you want you want to know.

Should get EGM results about 10:30 tomorrow. I assume that’s the reason for today’s price action……?

Surely if there was no support at 5.25 then there would be no support at current levels in order for it to get down to 5.25 where you say there is no support. Which there clearly is.

I expect it takes at least some time to raise an RNS and get it issued. Even if you pre wrote most of it you still have to have the right numbers in it, like x% of votes etc. Their will be a process to go through even after it's been finalised, before it gets issues to the market. So it could still come today. But this company has never been very quick with these things.

Are you counting the trades from the AQUIS exchange?

In any case, buys v sells is not how the SP is calculated so whilst it is a rough guide to how popular a share is, you will often find having more buys than sells doesnt result in the SP going up.

Better to just accept what the SP is and keep and eye on real time trends. Nobody is trying to trick you. The SP isnt moving because traders know it a while before anything is known. SP fell last week because traders had made significant gains and wanted to cash in now rather than wait. There is a bit of cat and mouse in guessing whether this one might get another pump going between now and results, or will WSBN provide a positive update on what they have seen so far....

I think 'giving hints to investors' isnt how a regulated company should work. But knowing this company of old, yes they will give hints at some point by showing us some sparkly pics of cores and saying they found mineralisation. Last time they drilled at Red Setter, someone took a core and showed it to people in a local pub.

You might get an update on drilling and they could comment on mineralisation and visible metal content in cores but there will be no results as such before core samples have been graded by a lab. 6-8 weeks from cores being received by the lab - depends how busy the lab is.

The last time they drilled Red Setter it took about 3 weeks before we got an update - that drilling had completed. However they drilled a number of holes and about 3000m overall if I recall correctly.

I expect that seeing as this is just the 2 holes we may get an update next week. If we don't it likely means they are drilling deeper.

They will have to send core samples to the lab which could take anything unto 8 weeks. However when they have stopped drilling they can report on mineralisation and visual and limited confirmation of the presence of gold which may or may not be obvious and reportable at that time. This might be a catalyst for the SP. A duster seems unlikely seeing as they found gold and copper last time.

They cannot report grades without the lab results.

So you think the shares that were forward sold will now be sold for profit even though that already happened and the new owners of the shares bought them at more than the current SP?

The placing shares have been forward sold so the impact of them being added to the market tomorrow will be nothing. The ask is very strong and has managed to stay away from the placing price, which is very rare and very encouraging.
