Remember they have a responsibility to act in the best interests of investors. It isn’t necessarily in best interests to reveal the Billy Goat well finding right now.

Having said that, MSMN do like a mid morning RNS.

I don't think 'local helium business' sounds like the driller to me.

There is nothing to stop MSMN allowing a helium producer to be close to the drill and the info coming out of that as long as they don't release anything market sensitive to anyone else.

3littlebirds - it is risky but it is also the reason they have the bigger market cap. IMHO Hex will overtake HE1 this year.

The HE1 share price has little to do with Colorado. It's all to do with the African play.

If you ask me the potential buyer will wan't to see the assay lab results. So will MSMN to be in a sensible negotiating position. Maybe even an extended flow test. How else can the well be valued? It doesnt sound like the speculative move that MSMN made - to increase its interest from 10 to 90% just before drilling started.

It's totally normal to provide exclusivity if there is a potential buyer and discussions are ongoing. There may not even be a formal NDA. Revealing the terms of the offer and or the details of the well results could impact the discussions or even result in the buyer withdrawing. It's worthwhile the company taking time to decide what is in the best interests of the company and its shareholders.

They had to RNS it. Otherwise we would all be wondering why they haven't issued an RNS about the well findings.

The discussion to sell the Billy Goat interests do not cover the rest of the Vecta project - that's my interpretation.

So they could sell Billy Goat and never reveal what they have found and still move onto the next Vecta drill.

A cash deal for Billy Goat would be very revealing though. Why buy just Billy Goat? Can't imagine the new owner would want to be quiet about it if it's a production well. Having said that I can't imagine that the well assays have been reviewed at the lab yet? - so how does the protective buyer value the Billy Goat asset? So it's all a bit mmmmm. Wireline must have been very very positive or the buyer locally has access to testing gear.

If they have decided all dets of Billy Goat are commercially sensitive due to a potential sale then they can move to another drill without telling the market what the results are.

IMO its likely a good situation for investors and won't take long to resolve.

The market is still stuck on 0.045 because of the placing. It is incredible to me that with so many AIM placings happening all the time that people don't realise that this is what practically always happens. Exceptions are rare.

This isnt moving far from 0.045p until after the placing and retail exercise are done and/or we get news. Who wants to pay more than 0.045p in the knowledge that all of those shares are being issued at 0.045p! It's like an anchor on the SP.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to the blurb for an industry award. Nice to see the company getting recognised though.

It clearly does not state HE1 is working with Gazprom. It doesnt read that way at all.

Anyway - isnt Gazprom under sanctions by the UK? HE1 would not be allowed to work with them one would think. That would be the end of that for me. I won't invest in anything that has Russian interests.

So basically the mm's were not involved in the trade and it won't have an impact on the SP
