Dear Father Christmas, Can I please have a parcel of cheap African diamonds? I don't need any accompanying paperwork, and don't mind if the parcel is stamped, "Retained by the Tanzanian Government"? Please do not weigh them, as nobody on earth can agree what they weigh, so you will be just wasting your time! If not, can you please not deliver any presents to the BOD of Petra Diamonds, as I don't think they deserve any this year, as they have been very naughty (allegedly)! Thank you

Read the RNS which says it all today. When I sold my business, I was given golden wings on which to fly away. Van Elle should have done the same to Ellis and his, allegedly, civil-servant son-in-law who was on a very good salary when employed! What did he do for the business?.........rhetorically asked.

God did I get excited when I saw 4% rise, and an RNS! Anticipated news on Tanz diamond parcel.......but NO! Just total voting rights. Nothing is breaking this downward trend, so IMO it will continue to drop, not slide. GLA

Ok so 15 December is "D" day. Company did well under Mr Ellis, but is doing well now. L'essez faire springs to mind, and I would rather be a shareholder in an openly owned entity, rather than a family dominated one. At least the indecision will disappear on 15 December, and I suspect a rise to over �1 soon, or nearer that date. GLA

I agree - this is taking too long, and no further comment from the company! Can't be rocket science to count and grade the package of diamonds.

Board room spats, and even battles unsettle investors and hence the S.P flop today. This one will resolve itself one way or the other, and I think, has little outcome on the eventual success of this business - the company fundamentals remain unchanged today compared to last Friday. Might even shake up the SP afterwards! Topped up at 81p, so I've put my money where my mouth is ! GLA

So far this year,this has been YUCK.TO.DATE! Another 3% fall today on no volume or news! I,like many others,I believe that this is good in the M.T to L.T but it is YTD at the moment! GLA

A little while ago, I predicted 80p as the fall. Now who knows. Bandit1 summed it up, and the directors have a lot to be held accountable for. I am staying in, but only time will tell if I should have bitten the bullet and taken the loss (over �40k) and moved on. GLA
