Hi Thanks for that. The y/e is 31/12, and I see CNKS involved with the �450m take-over of Lagan Group by BREE last month, which involved �220m placement of BREE shares. Just thought this kind of recent involvement would have lifted the SP. GLA

Really low volume, no RNS and yet >5% fall. Business active in M+A (BREE for example), yet down goes the SP. Views?

I really don't get the treason for today's drop, given the low volume, and the successful acquisition. Fickle market! GLA

buys/sells above not accurately reflecting large buys this a.m, so max 19 is completely right. This may not hold the current level in the short term, but the longer term looks a lot better than it did a week ago! GLA

IMO we are looking at �1 in the near future, + or - cyclics. GLA

Very quiet here, considering the magnitude of this Lagan acquisition! To me, it is very good news, not based on price, although I think this is reasonable. What it does is place BREE at a new higher investment level, and diversifies the risk slightly away from just UK. This side of Lagan is well managed, and there is no "hang-over" from the past MD taking a place on the BOD. Well done P.T and all the BOD of BREE!

I am still very disappointed with the performance since the takeover of Ronez, and the subsequent small acquistions. To be at a SP less than 40, to me, just reflects that the business is meandering along and cannot raise the funds for seriously larger purchases. Niche concrete products maybe "nice" but so is homemade jam from the church bazaar - nice but not going to create a significant financial return for anyone! The year end results will be interesting, but I cannot see any major improvement as the fundamental markets in Guernsey and Jersey remain relatively static.GLA.

Not happy with how this has gone since the Ellis affair. Needs some positive news, or it will drop further IMO
