Sell off the world's 6th largest coffee chain on the cheap, and send all the skills / inventions / profits abroad, just so a handful of folks on the Board can get a tasty bonus and a few shareholders can get a modest short-term profit...

AIM is a mess because the market is full of dodgy "companies", dodgy directors, dodgy financial controls, and part-time investors who get firedup after watching Wolf of Wall Street the night before.

Was looking at a "gold miner" yesterday, who has not dug a single gram of commercial gold in almost 20 years, with the directors pocketing millions in placings over the years. And, still, folk are ramping it up and saying their big day is just around the corner.

Looking at the share trades, and the wide spread, it looks like almost everyone who bought in this morning and tried to daytrade this one has lost money...

Lol

Three reasons:

1. Poor cost-control. Losing ~£1m.
2. Placing on the horizon. Share dilution.
3. Appalling customer service.

This is a very high-risk share.

There is a reason why its share price has collapsed -90% in 2 years...

Revenue is vanity.

Profit is sanity.

Their cost-control and customer service are appalling.

Of course, the message needs dumbing down for the zombie masses. That goes without saying.

But it does not excuse the inaction, or weak action, by BG.

BG badly needs a figurehead who shouts louder than Lewis (and others). When Lewis shouts BG is a ripoff, BG needs to shout even louder and say it has the cheapest leccy in Westerm Europe (or whatever). Drown him out, cancel the noise.

But Centrica / BG does not help itself. The debate is way too one-sided.

Someone like Martin Lewis is charismatic and always willing to be on TV to shout loud. BG will send a grey automaton who gets lost in the noise.

BG needs a more charismatic CEO or CMO, a Richard Branson type, who can shout loud and bat away the incessant jibes.

Who the hell is buying this piece of junk.

Ouch. They lost ~700 quid in ~5 hours. I could have sold them some magic beans for that money!

The peaks from the spikes this year get lower with each spike... The weak rallies suggest shareholders, right now, do not hold out much hope for future success. Nobody buys local newspapers anymore. The risk of this one going bust is very high.

Losing tens of millions. And it has a bond due for almost a quarter of a billion Pounds in a few months! Lol.

Looks like quite a few folks today have panic-bought and then panic-sold this one, for relatively big losses.

TSL just picked up a ~£10m stake in one of the world's fastest-growing fintech suppliers, Afterpay.

The company is losing huge sums of cash, cost-control is terrible, a placing is on the horizon, and their customer-service ratings on Google are absolutely appalling.

This is worth a punt for a bottom-feeder with a grand to spare (it cannot fall much further). But a very high-risk share. TOOP will probably be "all or nothing".
