As posted before, CLON only has £100-200k of cash left in the pot, and it needs millions to get the goodies flowing.

The cash and net-asset position is quite poor here. It's starting to dawn on the market that it only has a few hundred thousand Pounds left in the pot and will soon need millions.

CLON has only about £100-200k of cash left in the pot. A rough estimate says it is going to need at least £2-5m to get the oil flowing. And their previous financial statement publicly said "It is virtually impossible to raise serious money"... Which probably means they are going to come cap-in-hand to shareholders...

There are always two sides to every share.

Bear vs. bull.

Some think a share (any share) will go up... Some think it will go down...

In a free market and free world, both sides have a democratic right to voice their opinion.

You cannot just silence them because you don't like the message ;-)

What's more likely here is they will breakup WPP and sell off the remaining core to an American, German or Chinese firm over the next year or two.

DERR's 1% of a hyped £657m total group valuation gives DERR today a ~£7m valuation -- about 25p to 30p a share.

Roughly in line with the separate 20p valuation using WPP as a benchmark.

Keep in mind that DERR only has a tiny 1% stake in the total enlarged group. This is nowhere near as big as many think.

This is a classic junk stock.

Build up a small client base... Make up a big story to sucker in punters... Float it at a premium... Sell off your stake as fast or quietly as possible without looking shifty... Waltz off with the best part of ~£1m...

TOOP floated at ~£8m marcap on ~£40k revenues and only ~40 customers... Lord only knows who why and who bought into the story at the float.

A lot of folks are gonna get burned here.

Sorrell is 73yo and has said publicly he wants to retire by 78. He's not here for the long term.

Sorrell and the Board have S4 bonus plans in place, where modest 6% growth or above will be rewarded with gigantic bonuses of tens of millions of Pounds. DERR (and the companies reversed into it) is looking like Sorrell's personal ATM for his pension and legacy.

Sorrell is an analog advertising dinosaur trying desperately to stay relevant in the digital age. His last couple years at WPP were a car crash.

WPP makes billions and is valued at 7 times 2017 pretax profit. If you benchmark MediaMonks and its tiny profit against WPP, and factor in DERR's stake, then fair value here for DERR is currently around 20p.

Yes, as a few folks have posted here in recent weeks:

1. TOOP floated at a crazy ~£8m marcap on tiny ~£40k annual revenues.
2. CEO has cashed in a ridiculous £1-2m of shares since float.
3. TOOP has lost a huge ~£4m since float.
4. TOOP will lose ~£1m this year.
5. Big shareholders have sold tens of millions of shares in recent weeks.
6. There is a ridiculous billion shares on the market.
7. Customer reviews on Google are appalling. Its Trustpilot reviews are largely not real.

Suspect this will drift down to 0.1p in H2 2018, which will be followed by a share-repricing in H1 2019 at something like 10p, followed by another big placing to keep the horses fed in H2 2019...

AIM should really be rebranded DIM...

Dodgy Investment Market.

Looks like the mine-costs here are spiraling almost out of control. The old adage of mining stocks being "a big black hole for pouring money into" is rarely wrong. Could see this drifting down to ~10p as it dawns on investors how expensive a large mine in a bureaucratic country really is.

Company has collapsing revenues and tiny revenues and no profits and just handed its CEO £100,000 of free shares!

It has swung from a small loss to a small net profit.

With a ridiculous billion shares issued, revenue of ~£2m and losses of ~£1m on the cards for 2019, a fair price for this one at the moment is around 0.1p.
