The market simply doesn't understand the Akamei deal - non cannibalising accretive revenue using someone elses salesforce, CNS have shown they are good at managing partner relationships. CNS now have two nasdaq behemoths batting on their behalf in all geographies.

With a SaaS model you're never going to get the big specatular bang of revenue growth, but what CNS are building is just as impressive.

Another good update in what is traditionally a slow quarter for tech. Seems very few PIs interested in cns either as a long term hold or trading stock.

Interesting to see cloudflares outage the other week, with cns focus not sure if they overlap markets.

2. Will be interesting to see the £££ in incremental sales and marketing, with the lag to revenue this will hit bottom line for a year or more.

3. A s someone who has worked in commercial / sales finance in saas assessing a $250m near term pipeline, a raw pipeline number is pretty meaningless. Better to have current year close / next year close pipeline and both to be weighted.

Main factor to me is the management team seem to have their heads screwed on, good focus and seeming operational execution. The acquisition thing a bit weird unless they want to build complimentary divisions.

1. What probability do you assign to ENET going into administration - 10, 20% ?

2. What is your view on Bergens strategy, sell just to breakeven / slight profit just to clear their massive risk at any cost as they are doing, or something else ?

3. What piece or pieces of news and in what timeframe do you think 8p is achievable, baring 3. in mind ?

4. What is your view on the quality of the management team, do you trust them to be honest with the risk / opportunity of current and potential contracts ?

Good to see new posters on the board, there is a need to look further than a one day increase in share price and look at the BODs ability to execute against a strategy which changes by the day.

A lot of simple reasons why this might go out of business based on the current accounts and more importantly no company will start any sort of business engagement.

For me not sure where it might go.

However realisation for me just how poor the BOD and SLT are and have been. Moved away from the deluded and naive to very, very deliberately dishonest.

I think you are a little too modest, especially when compared to the quality of chairman at the moment.

It's not all about tech, it's about governance on decision making, accountability and understanding risk.

I don't believe an Angel investor will see DL as a credible CEO, from our meeting it was clear either DL and / or MR were unprofessional in doing the rounds of investors for the cash calls becoming angry when they were turned down.

As you say, all the financial engineering means nothing with terrible business development, pipeline management and sales leadership -and after that an ability to execute.

Anyway, howoefully a drop of the black stuff saturday, Welsh cakes sunday!

Yes heard from Dallo that the Chair was a complete waste of space, and quite amazingly didn't understand the Bergen deal - surely this have come to board level for approval ?

Unfortunately on a flight a that time otherwise I would had asked specific questions related to my emails over the past two years.

As he's paid in shares at a fixed rate he'll be the largest shareholder soon.

Hopefully with the myx on the leaderboard a few will click through and start researching the company which is still a micro cap in a pretty unglamorous sector.

After a couple of years I am now back into decent profit. This was always intended as a long term holding for me, believe it will be nice sitting back and watching this grow.

I do wonder what the impact might be when the very positive noises result in black ink.
