The chair is very aware of my views (as are other shareholders who I have cc’d in comms) of the arrogant and commercially naive senior leadership team, and the wider boards (especially his) wider governance in stress testing the SLTs business development plans / pipeline / p&l & cash forecasts where he really has been asleep if not comatosed at the wheel.

The my girlfriend doesn’t understand me / “AIM, the markets doesn’t value what we have done” doesn’t wash when you have a CFO who hasn’t spent a single penny on stock out of his own wallet. A buy in the open market, and don’t give me the I’m an insider and take my statutory duties seriously rubbish, would show at least some belief in the company’s value.

With ratios so poor in the UK it does make Corero a good acquisition target as it is accretive to existing ratios, even though Corero wouldnt make a dent in a lot of US wallets.

Disappointed to see Lionel go as the fruits of his tenure are still being felt in H1 this year. They do need a new CEO, just hope they pick up the right candidate to continue the execution.

The "easily met" statement from the CFO on proactive refers to the share issuance from 17th Jan with a 15p warrant price.

I have written to the board on the exact sequence of events they expected that gave them this absolute 100% certainty from the then share price of c 6/7p to the 15p exercise level, but not received a response.

I think most have done this in the back of their minds anyway.

Going into the summer lull, for both markets and IT news, this will just drift at the whim of bergen.

Still far too many unknowns outsiders are not aware of, and even if you’re an insider up in the air. An H1 trading and cash statement might go somewhere to calm nerves, but as with the AR if there’s no good news why post it.

We could get PATT on the other board to do one of his legendary cash flow forecasts with his 100% certainty of events even from H1 let alone going forward.

The combined arrogance and naivety of the management team, and a lack of any real oversight and questioning from the chair and non execs until it was far too late, has left the company in a precarious financial position. With this any near term pipeline becomes unfortunately becomes much harder to close as customers want assurances.

Outside business we haven’t a clue on the Bergen position, like shareholders they have been completely shafted and will just want to exit with in the shortest timescale aligned with minimum risk of not holding either warrants or shares.

Interesting today to see Bellevue comment that they are mulling launch of a private company healthcare trust. Can t see this getting off the ground with current discounts and climate.

Another ST write up in investors chronicle. Not a fan of ST, like a bloke on the horses constantly reminds you of his winners and forgets his losers, with some deeply suspect picks.

Surprised they haven't found opportunities in the sector, with as you say, some bombed out stocks.

At least they are now getting a return on their cash pile.

I do hope they continue, if they return cash I don't think the size of the trust is large enough.

Most of AIM is being shafted partially due to an expectation of discounted cash rises. Cns plenty of cash, growing with a highly leveraged p and l past breakeven, hot sector and seemingly very well focused and run. I was worried with the senior board changes, but these appear to show the company is not missing a beat.

Come on Bid, they need all the shares to feed the massive demand from the US OTC investors

All I know is, with a commercially astute CEO with a science background, this would be 2-3x where it is.

2. You have to have your own e-commerce channel and it is very cheap to do so now, but focus should be on amazon and key retailers to provide consistent volume

3. did they actual do any TV ads, were they on GB News etc where no one watches

4. hopefully these are the lows and we can see steady growth and no cash call

5. They could and should have done a much better job at explaining the strategy change and that they foresaw and had planned for its impact

6. It would be nice to understand Grains medium to long term vision as a stakeholder (2-5 years)

Like Iron and Billy I too have seen new posters on this board full of beans at the potential for Kromek, whether it be ventilators, pathogen detectors in every classroom etc.

Most, with the exception of Mike who will soon be in this camp, gradually change to realise that the CEO and senior team are really don't execute and deliver against a real opportunity - this is aligned to very ropey governance and non existence accounting standards. Best wait for the next accounts to see how much the CEOs salary has increased (again), how many share options he has been given or repriced (again), what percentage of stock have they written off (again), what percentage of debtor simply wont pay them (again) etc.

The market clearly takes the same view of the management team but there was hope that the new chair and cfo would provide basic business guidance to the muppet of a CEO, we have seen glimmers but not yet the light.

Just what the doctor ordered.

As most on that and this board know any adverse comment from Pugwash and Porridge With their limited knowledge and experience means you are talking sense.

I think the current AIM market for funding with a company which has failed to execute in a meaningful way, which cannot provide visibility with any degree of certainty is going to get a real kicking - and has FORCED them to reassess rather than this being a voluntary change.

In the past year or two I have been worried why ENET has not taken the eye of those whose technology expertise is 100x my knowledge either in a potential customer or fund, a 10% holding really is morning latte money. Reading an article I did take a deep look at Verizon Ventures, this has holdings in c 50 companies and every tech company has one. I did read too much into the the US listing believing it to be followed by news which would bring demand, as with other thing ENET now just seems based on things ENET thought would happen.

Hopefully the new sense of realism will lead to laser focus on execution, no Real predictions from me but I think H2 will continue to be a bumpy ride but hopefully news to take us to warrants level and enough of a market to clear bergen.
