The time has gone for anyone placing any degree of confidence in anything in the whole BOD.
Really poor decisions on market understanding, their position in the market and capital allocation. This aligned to non existent financial /risk/ commercial management, and a business development / sales / pipeline management and understanding like the worst Dragons Den presenter.
I think with DL backing raises with his own cash he was in a bubble of his own making, arrogant and deluded, and with a Chair / CFO just idly standing by - the quote to a group "we know more about telecoms than anyone" simply ridiculous.
I have worked in some of the best US tech companies, the level of daily intensity on sales and operational execution and excellence is engrained in these companies even when they are smashing it - I never got any sense of urgency from DL / MR until they realised 6 months too late with no alternatives.
On China worth looking up the issues KMK had about 3 years ago contract signed c £10m of product left in their warehouse (their years revenue), you cannot have a business with such a narrow portfolio. Unfortunately with ENET every deal (India, china, Israeli) outside Tarana seems to have been terrible.
